Yeah the card with the code that I sold you said that you had to install the game and you will then have access to the beta when it's released. There was no code for the UC4 Beta.
I am pretty sure that is what the card that came with my physical copy said too. I just pulled them all and set them aside before trading just in case.

We're done with all the major releases for this year right?

Time for Best of ___ PSNOT Edition again?
We both need to play JC3 so I can confirm it is this years greatest game. Like Destiny was last year.

Those awards are actually kind of cool though. Interesting to see what other people like and maybe if I missed something I should play.

My PSN ID originally matched my CAG name, but I sold my first PS3 and had forgotten the password by the time I got my second one and the recovery page wasn't working.

Reminds me I need to get Life is Strange at some point. Setting sounds cool for this game as well.
I'll be starting it tonight. I do not really know much except it is a point and click that Tyler is jealous of me for playing.

Holy shit, how accurate is the AC rogue trophy guides estimate of 30-50 hours to plat? I could see 30, but 50?
50 is probably closer to accurate than 30. It took me 8 days, 3 of which were weekend days. I usually average about 10 hours on weekend days and 5 hours on week nights. So I would estimate about 55 for me.

It depends on how efficient you are. If you're going after collectibles and such one at a time and not attacking convoys every time they show up I can see it taking closer to 50 than 30. If you save convoys to the end then you're going to be doing a lot of pointless sailing while you wait for 20 of the things to show up.

Rogue was the first AC where I went for the plat. I think it took me around 40 hours and a lot of that was just not knowing best how to minimize the time involved. Lots of backtracking and I saved the convoys to the end not realizing what a pain that was.

Think we get mention of remote play via mac\pc at PSX? I'm kind of hoping it's farther along then planning stages. It would be nice to be able to use a PS4 Controller opposed to the Vita for Remote Play. Plus bigger screen on a laptop or tablet. Wonder if they'll bring it to android and ios as well.

Isn't that what the PSTV is for?

I don't know how some of you can play 10 hours of video games in a day (or the epic marathon Pharm is currently doing). I'm not even talking about available time, though that's an issue too. I mean I just can't play video games that long.

Just realized that for them to add Remote Play for PC/Mac means they'll probably have to release an official DS4 driver. That'd be nice.

I easily could. I just almost never get a whole 8 - 10 hour block to do so. I used to play till 5am on the weekends but can't really do that anymore. I can get maybe 4-5 hours in on a weekend morning before the wife gets up and we have lunch and she wants me to do something other then play video games.

I have all the time in the world and only one kid not even full-time, and even I don't find myself playing that much. I couldn't imagine doing it with a wife and multiple kids.

I've done that for games I didn't even love (Destiny), but in games that I can explore such as Fallout and Skyrim 10 hours goes by so fast.

I can multiplayer or MMO for that long with no problem if I get the chance. Little harder for single player games to keep my attention that long, but I usually just end up swapping games if I get bored. But usually someone else demands my attention before I can play that long.

I remember playing Quake 2 CTF on PC for hours and hours. Or even just Doom itself (single player). I am pretty sure I played it start to finish in one sitting. I do remember playing it till the sun was up. I find staying up past 2am pretty hard to do most of the time. And if I do I am all but useless the next day.

Unless you are Cro and basically the Chuck Norris or Dos Equis Guy of gaming, I'm assuming every trophy whore that wants plats will tell you that 10 hours is probably an average gaming session.

The other shortcoming to the PSTV for remote play is that, like the Vita, it's only good for one user, which is completely lame. I'd assume that different accounts on your Mac/PC could use different PSN accounts for remote play. Maybe won't even need separate Mac/PC accounts.

You rant about this a lot, but you should realize this is probably the main reason the Vita is still on life support instead of completely dead. If you could do multiple accounts (at least the way you want it to) it would mean game sharing would be possible. The lack of that is a huge part of the reason why digital sales have been pretty strong and the attach rate is pretty high on the Vita.

I guess no Until Dawn until Monday.  Package lost.   fuck USPS sucks.

Not like I don't have enough to play but wanted to maybe get the plat and trade it back in before the value dropped lower.

At least BB took care of it and will ship me a new one.

The soonest I can expect any of my Thanksgiving Best Buy orders is tomorrow. The others on Friday and Monday(!). My one Amazon order arrived on Saturday. If it wasn't for GCU this wouldn't even be a competition.

Worst part is, the two slower packages are from in the state while the fastest one is coming from across the country.

PS: I actually plan to keep my copy of Until Dawn :dunce: It will probably be the best and only use I get out of a PS4 camera when people come over.

Some days I can play for a long time, but other days I cant even play 15 minutes without getting bored. But yeah, usually multiplayer games can hold my attention for longer periods of time than singleplayer.
