All I have left for the plat for Lego Dimensions is the speed run of the Portal level.  I am not looking forward to that at all.  Speed runs are bad enough, but when the time is 25 minutes that will be painful if you do not get it on the first try or 2.

This sounds like its going to make me regret goring for the plat, and I haven't even opened the box yet...

Thanks for the link. Thanks Cleaner for pointing that out. That looks to be almost all the trophy based DLC (with the exception of the DC comic DLC). I am not sure I should even buy it since the Vita version annoys me even more than LBP3 did, but it is the first thing that seems worth buying on the store in forever.

ETA: And is the DC one free?

The rest of it is crazy easy and not all that time consuming if you get the mini-kits on your first go.

Luckily that is probably my favorite level in the game. I am worried I am going to end up hating it by the time I get that one though.

You probably snagged the LBP2 DC Season Pass when it was erroneously free a while back. The Vita DLC was included with that.

 
I got my thinkgeek wreath. It looks cool. It's Styrofoam style not plastic like I thought. And the light up part is pretty unneccesary. But I still really like it.

As a rule, here's a rayman speed cheat sheet from slowest to fastest:

Horizontal:
walking < jump < running < run jump < spin attack < spin attack to a jump

Vertical:
jumping < wall run < wall jump
(if you're falling free fall jump is a bit slower than the down slam attack I think)

So on any straightaways you can manage always do spin jumps or at least spins. Nowadays I usually just take my first run but if I see places where I can shove a little extra speed in I'll do it a few times and hope for gold. There's tons of little tricks that help people shave off a second or two over normal scores. Usually the difference between silver and gold is 0.01s.

PSLE shows I acquired it back in June. I feel like it was either free or a buck.

Nice! This actually looks gorgeous. Now I have to decide whether to bother playing the Vita version. Was the Vita version obnoxious with gyro and such like most launch titles or did it let you use normal controls?

I'll probably just play it on PS4, thinking about it. I did pre-order it via Amazon but hopefully BB will list it at the same $30 point.

Really annoying tilt/gyro controls on the vita version.
 
I wish more people got siege.  Game is a real fresh breath on multiplayer shooters.  Hopefully the multiplayer only leads to a severe price drop soon like Battlefront so more people can play it.

Game is literally your generic food time management game. With some shitty espanol -> english translations.

I played games exactly like this on the ios 5 years ago. I'm already so far in so I might as well get the plat since it really isn't a grind but otherwise a waste of time. Gator Recommended though.

0/5 toilet rolls, 5/5 trophy whores.

 
SteamWorld Heist has been getting some really good reviews, currently an 89 on Metacritc. The Nintendo bump is in effect of course but it sounds really good and accessible for a strategy game.

im playing it with my wife and kids and they are starting to get annoyed that I have to check every single item with my bionic eye and im like haha bewm haha yeah steele and we are only like 2 chapters in ;) its great tho. my son was yelling at me he loves that loaderbot so much

iv been watching Red Oaks on amazon prime. not similar at all but its pretty good. i also tried watching twin peaks on amazon prime but like 3 episodes in and im getting bored but i feel compelled cuz david lynch neohipster cred
