The Naked Gun and Jackass 2 a few days ago.

The Naked Gun is classic. I hadn't watched that for years. I need to see 2 and 3 again now. Jackass 2 was a riot.

Jackass 2 for the 2nd time with some friends. Hilarious again, but not as good as the first time :p

robots - mediocre cg cartoon
since a couple of years ago there are a lot of mediocre cg cartoons that are out. what's up with that?

maximum risk. wanted to watch it when it first came out in 1996 but didn't get a chance to see it till now. though some parts of the story doesn't really make sense in real life, it's a pretty good action flick. reminds me of old hong kong action movies. of course, it's directed by ringo lam, a hong kong director.

I know what you mean, and I'm getting sick of all of them. Most of them end up sucking.

It seems like forever since a good animated movie was in theaters

iRobot-seen it before, but it was still a good movie.

Lucky Number Slevin- The commercials didn't make me want to see it, but my friend had it so I decided to watch it. I ended up loving it.

Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning

Great "origin" story for Leatherface. I liked several things more in this one than in the 2003 movie. My main complaint is that this movie is too short.

i only watched the 2003 movie for jessical biel :D

i *tried* to watch the pink panther last night but kept falling asleep
Lucky Number Slevin

Amazingly good movie, I got it from Netflix, but I'll be buying it tomorrow. Easily one of the best of the year.
I liked that a lot too, but it was ripped apart by most critics. Unfortunately really, because it was a fantastically entertaining film. Anyway, the last movie I watched was The Proposition.

the protector - tony jaa
it's one of the best action movies out there. a lot better than ong-bak. every action movie fan should go see it.

That just hit the $2 theater here so I plan to go see it sometime in the next few days :D

The Punisher, Rounders, and Point Break.

It's the first time I saw The Punisher. I thought it was pretty good. A friend raved about it when it first came out, and I didn't really think it was that good.

It's the first time in years that I've seen both Rounders and Point Break. Both of them were just as awesome this time as the first time I saw them. John Malkovich does an excellent job in Rounders.

Watched bits & pieces (seems like I rarely get to watch entire movies nowadays) of the following:

Back to the Future
Texas Chainsaw Massacre (classic)
GoldenEye
Hard Candy. The moral of the story:

Don't talk to 14-year-old girls if you're a photographer.
I really wanna see that

I saw Lucky Number Slevin in theatres and then bought the DVD the first day it came out. If you like it then I can't recommend Kis Kiss Bang Bang enough.

The Departed
The Benchwarmers (This sucked). 5/10 (had a few laughs.)
Watching Lucky Nuber Slevin now. Depending on how it goes from here, it could be one of the best movies I've seen (for the first time) in a while.
Good fuckin' movie. And yeah Hiccup, it reminded me of Kiss Kiss Bang Bang. This one though, I thought was better.

EDIT: Shit, even the deleted scenes are pretty fucking good.
