I just got this letter back from them:

It appears according to the UPS web site we have received your product back on 03/10/2008.At this time the warehouse will need to scan it in. Once it is back into our system a New tracking number will be E-mailed to you. You can expect the new tracking number within the next 7 - 8 business days. We apologize for the wait.
