Consensus on the postgame show is that it was an interception and a horrible call.
I think everyone that saw the game would agree with that.

I will say this, without that botched call I doubt the finish would have been that exciting.

HOLY SHIOT EVERY SINGtLE SWAERWORD TIME INFINITE. That was the BIGGEST NAIL BITTER EVER FOR ME. Final score of the Steelers-Colts game 21-18. Just wow. I need to go get a drink then go lay down now. Sorry for my outburst. Going to be a hard game against the Broncos next week.

True, it can't live up. Hopefully that will be because Chicago blows Carolina out, and the entire fourth quarter is just a formality.

What, I can still dream, can't I?
Wooo! I'm still excited that Peyton lost. He will never win a Super Bowl.
This was the best chance for a Superbowl he'll ever get in his life. It was giftwrapped for him, the Pats are out, Denver is good but beatable, weak against the pass.

Completely outcoached by Bill Cowher... Thats embarrassing.

BTW if a mod sees this....

Please leave this thread open until the end of the night after the Bears-Packers game if possible. Thanks.

I'll root for the Steelers now. I've always liked Bettis and I think Cowher is a good enough coach that he deserves a ring.
Can anybody say CHARGERS?!
WTF?! lmao! we (the Broncos) whipped your ass in the last game of the regular season wand we didn't even have anything to play for, lol. how bout giving a real AFC team thier due? and thanks to the steelers we'll now have home-field advantage in the afc championship game. and as far as u seahawks fans are concerned, if the Bears beat the Panthers there's no way the Hawks can beat the Bears, they're not even on the same level. Seahawks = Shaun Alexander. oh shat, he has a concussion;)

This is gonna be an important fourth down, regardless of it only being the first quarter.

Chicago's got to show that the touchdown was just a hotdog play, and settle back into their suffocating ways long enough for Grossman to hopefully settle down.

Yes, and yet they still won yesterday. The Bears aren't an exceptional team (I live in Chicago, watched nearly every game this year); they are all defense and zero offense. Rex Grossman is far from a proven quarterback, although he is almost certainly better than Orton. The Bears also would have to deal with going to Seattle for that game, and that place is LOUD (yep, moved to Chicago from Seattle about a year and a half ago, so I've been there). Rain is a totally different beast than cold weather, so it would be interesting to see how the Bears would handle that. Sorry for the long post, but to say that the Seahawks aren't even on the same level as the Bears is just too far from reality to not say something about it.

Well, nothing like a game-deciding play review... IN THE FIRST QUARTER.

This is sickening. Unless Grossman finds some amazing inner strength, we're not coming back from fourteen points down.
Way to go NFL Save those ratings@!
Personally I think they're making up for last week when almost all the games were blowouts.
I almost swallowed my tongue during that.

Bears fandom isn't good for the heart.
Ya , seriously, just like the seahawks with the piss poor playoff luck there. a 13 yard punt?????

You know, the last time the panthers made a deep playoff run lots of the players where juicied up. It's a little suspecious of the come back steve smith has had....

Tie goes to the offense, apparently so they don't have to go to the center stripe for a jump ball?

Come on, Defense. And for the love of gods, Grossman, calm down.

yes because 4 players out of a team of 60 = lots and because no one should ever come back and play well after a broken leg. I think they should probably check Bruschi for roids using your logic because he definately would have had to be using considering how well he played after coming back from a stroke.

Alarming how that's worked out, isn't it?

Compare this team to the 2001 team. Surprised the league by performing well over expectations? Check. Coach of the Year Award to show for that? Check. Division title and first round bye in the playoffs? Check.

Choke job? Check...?
Thank you, Brian Urlacher. If I was gay, I would marry you.
THat ball was under thrown by delhomme anyway, why dont the announcers mention that ever?

Urlacher has been a great player for a long time now, I wouldn't call it the play of his life or anything. He made a good play on a bad throw.
