"Gamestop is committed to the idea that everyone is a potential shopper. To determine if the person is an actual intruder or just someone who is just having a really hard time finding what they're looking for, ask them if you can assist them."

"If the person in question is neither a current customer nor a crank upset that Battletoads still hasn't come out on the Wii, they could have the potential to cause harm to you or our customers.
"After soiling yourself, comply with any demands for money (we're rich, we can take the hit), or merchandise (feel free to unload any defective games or hardware). Do not use customers as human shields. Store Managers should have access to Body Armor.
"If shot or otherwise wounded by a weapon, please try to reach a central location in the sales floor. This will make your recovery and treatment by first responders easier, and make the security tape more valuable to Tru TV."

"If hurt on the job, call your insurance first. If you don't have insurance (Quite likely, since you work here), please follow the procedures posted in that sad little storage closet we call an 'office'. Don't worry, we'll pay; we're not Wal-Mart, for Crissakes."
Page 96: "Media Appearances"
"If approved by the GameStop PR department, store employees who survive traumatic events may take part in brief media interviews about said event. Be respectful and articulate. Any Employee who says 'It was just like Grand Theft Auto!' will be immediately fired with cause."
Page 113: "Performance Reviews"
"If you somehow stay employed with us for more than three months, Employees will be evaluated on their performance by the Store Manager, including their conduct during untoward intervening events. During the review, employees should say 'I'd have snapped his neck like Chuck Norris' or 'We need to keep a shotgun behind the counter, man.' The Store Manager should nod sagely and think about the hot Mexican girl at Chick-Fil-A during the review."
