Only you would recommend buying GOG games on Origin.

You know that shit's not a Steam key.
Witcher 3 on Origin is 24.99. On MexiGOG... it's 12.49. The pack with the Expansion Pass is 28.60.

Some folks don't want a Steam key. And it's not like those GOG copies aren't giftable...

Origin ew

GOG for $15 on day of release was the best deal ever...shared it with like 4 ppl lol

Jesus when did this turn into the GOG fan club? What the hell is this Reddit or Luxembourg?
Many of us got cheap GOG copies of Witcher 3, so suck it up. It's not like this is the first thing in the thread to annoy you.

Are gog copies region locked at all? How much for just the witcher 3 expansion pass?
Expansion Pass actually isn't on sale anywhere that I know of, just the individual two DLCs at 10% off.

Well, technically my copy of W3 cost around $300 thanks to the 3.5GB of VRAM that came with it. Didn't care to double dip even at putinpricing.

Not sure if this is the right place to ask, but I really want to get the Mass Effect Trilogy on Origin for $10.19 via GameStop. But before I get it, I just wanted to get some opinions on Origin. A couple years back I heard it was awful and installed spyware that stays even if you uninstall it, but am I just gonna have to deal with that if I want the trilogy (can't get 3 on Steam)?

Also, if I were to buy an Origin points card at GameStop, could I use that in place of Bioware points to purchase the DLC for the Mass Effect games?

Origin is fine. Ive had it installed for a few years now and play on it regularly. There's nothing to worry about. And no, you can't get ME3 on Steam. It came out after Origin became a thing so its Origin exclusive. Its a lot better now (Origin) than it was in the early days.

I'm not sure of your second question. If Origin sells the DLC, then yea an EA Game card is basically an Origin gift card. Dunno what an Origin points card is.

Also if you want to play Mass Effect 3, Origin is your only option as EA (or Valve due to that dumb Bioware points DLC system) has not allowed the game to be sold on Steam

BTW, Citadel and Leviathan are the only important DLC you need to get for Mass Effect 3 should you chose to get the dlc. The rest are inconsequential.

Hmm well I just found out that you can also purchase the DLC directly from GameStop, which is a relief knowing that I won't have to deal with those stupid Bioware points.

Battleborn is down to around 4k players. RIP Gearbox. Better hurry with Borderlands 3.
I actually kinda like Battleborn. I played it alot when there was nothing else to play but now with Overwatch coming and busy with Doom now, I don't know how much I'm gonna play it anymore. They need to release some patches to make it run better and clean up the hud too. It's not a bad game but def not worth $60 but it was worth the $29 from shadykeys.

Jezus, and I thought Massive was trying to kill of the Division playerbase.
The Division started off with about 10 times the amount of players at launch though. Battleborn only ever had about 12k peak players even around it's launch. They put out a press release saying it's selling better than Borderlands 1, but who knows how truthful that actually is.

I've been playing Battleborn a lot and find it very fun, but because it's such a small playerbase, matches often have people with vastly different amounts of time played/skill. The game definitely has some other issues, but I don't feel it lacks content, especially compared to similar games. I actually wish they had just cut the campaign out, focused on polishing up multiplayer and adding more maps to it, but then there'd be people complaining about it not having a campaign.

It's not worth the full price of $60, but no game really is. This is cheapassgamer, not payfullmsrpgamer.

Foxhack, don't be one of those people from the cesspool that never reads their PMs.

Maybe its selling better that BLs did in some hardly known third world country that just got the internet...?

I was joking truth be told... Massive is doing an awesome job alienating about 75% of their quickly dwindling player base in favor of giving others another way to grief.

I've heard spaniards got Transformer Devastation. I can't remember if it wes in the 1€ though
For like 30 seconds apparently. Gone again.

Edited to add: They should just gift one to people on their mailing list or give them a targeted code to buy it for 6 farthings or whatever. If they open it to everyone then the Spanish and Russians and other shady fucks just horde them all.

Happy Birthday to us. Only the greedy shady fuckers who have no life and hang out online 24/7 watching for deals get a present.

Here’s a treat from us, XXX?

Come and celebrate with us on Green Man Gaming’s 6th Birthday, we’ve decided to give back to you, our lovely loyal customers. We’ve got mystery games at just 6 cent! Yes, you read that right. For less than the price of a chocolate bar, you could be getting some great gaming goodness from Green Man Gaming*.

You meant that, yes.

Yes that. Don't tell people 'Hey it's a birthday celebration here's this special deal to celebrate...too bad, too sad The Russians/Spanish/Brazilians/Whatever beat you to it *NelsonHAHA*'

Most of those people probably made armies of shill accounts to grab those. Meanwhile the people who bought from them get nothing.

I mean there's like a 99% chance to get bundle trash we already have but still it's the principle! :p
