It's going to come out one day that iNCREDiPiNOY is some huge actor in Hollywood with all this expendable cash and that's why he's able to get all of these steelbooks.

Or we'll see him in the news one day when he's poor and homeless living in a house made out of his steelbooks.
I like to think of iNCREDiPiNOY as Barry from Storage Wars. A seemingly endless stream of cash and a penchant for collecting.

Who would Dave Hester be?

I don't get it, is this just a re-release with a different case, that is somehow supposed to be "collectible?" I had one of these cases for Halo 3, and it was only ever a pain in the ass. I ended up stepping on it, by accident, and denting it. Also, why are they only releasing in specific countries?

And if you stepped on a plastic case, you probably would have cracked it. I'm sorry that you are expecting them to be indestructable, but they aren't. Don't be pissy because you don't know how to pay attention.

You really need to work on your reading comprehension skills, and stop getting so emotional over stuff you've [seemingly intentionally] misconstrued. Also, plastic cases aren't brittle. It's not 2000, they don't use stiff plastic cases anymore...
We didn't get the John Carter metal box so who knows
oh that's true.

they've done steelbook/iron pack/metal box for the past fall Diamond releases... so, fingers crossed.
Nah. Best Buy will have them. Trust me.
BB didn't have John Carter and that was Disney so maybe not. Either way i'm passing on this one always loathed the movie.

But they have had most of the others (esp the animated ones)

Lets be honest John Carter didn't do well and shouldn't have gotten a nice case....

Sure The Muppets didn't do that great either but... well shit nevermind.

But it's the muppets and that case was hella sexy.
Is £16.00 plus £4.50 for shipping a good price for HMV Steelbooks, or are there better ways to get these to the US?
That's like, what, $30? $32? HMV steelbooks usually go OOP fairly quick so if you want it, you should jump on it.

Thanks. One other question: anyone know if this will be region free (it's Lionsgate)? Website doesn't mention anything about it.

Region B locked most likely. Lionsgate usually locks their titles unfortunately.

OMG, I want that zippo. I don't even smoke but I picked up a lot of lighter tricks in college (for the ladies, you see). Haha, somehow I can't see it exactly helping me to pickup chicks but it would still be a great set piece for the living room.

fuck it, ordered. Figure I can always cancel, or conveniently forget. . .

Avatar 3D as an independent release? That's huge news because I've been waiting for an announcement on release after panasonic exclusivity finally ran out in February. I refuse to pay $80 from ebay for one.

Looks like those are inside a plastic bag, where did you buy them? I recently bought a Steelbook auction from eBay that consists of 8 PS3 (G2) for $50 shipped like new condition. I need those clear plastic bags.

Question:

Is the 14mm the DVD/Xbox 360 size (G1) and the 10.4mm the PS3 size (G2)?

^ Actually the 10.4mm looks like it is for CD jewel cases. Do they have those sleeves for G2 size cases?

Also are there any current coupon codes?

Thanks!
No they don't have those sleeves for G2 size cases.

Todays code is END22 - 22% off everything - ends 7/13/12 @ 11:59 EST
Do you just fold over the extra material? I imagine since most of the dimensions are the same except that G2 are shorter then G1 then that would work right?
