I asked one of the electronics guys about the movie and he didn't know anything about it and said, "If it's new it's on this end cap." Also, there wasn't a New Release movies display on an end cap at the registers which was odd because there is always a display of new release movies somewhere in there. I'm just glad the store was air conditioned, otherwise it would have been a complete waste of time.

I'll stop by at least one more Target store today, hopefully that one store was just an anomaly.
My local Target is being redone, which I think started with some work in Media. The "New Releases" display was a much lower-to-the-ground display (probably to be more ADA-friendly) with movies along the long axes of the display and popcorn/candy/soda on the short ends of the display. Completely ridiculous to me, though I see it as some marketing rep's smart idea to put high margin items with the media items. Should make finding items more of a PITA due to less shelf space for them.

I hadn't been in the media area in a couple of weeks and they had redone other parts prior to that, mostly around the register/camera area. Was a bit of a surprise, though again, this rep had no idea they packed in the SBs with the regular versions.

I might try to stop by there tomorrow morning and see if I can find another one, since they were hidden so well, though I'm betting they're probably going to be gone.

I don't think it's worth $8 either but I'm into deep.

There's no room for Gods and Monsters!

Too bad the steelbook in the deluxe figure set doesn't include the j card like the solo release.  This makes it hard to blend with rest of the DC steelbooks that all included j card.

Checked two more Targets this AM for the steelbook.  None at the first one and the 2nd one had one of the Deluxe steelbook editions but none of the regular steelbooks.  Not particularly thrilled at paying $8 for the figure, but at least I finally found the steelbook!  I'll probably keep it sealed the next few weeks in case there is a restock of the steelbook, in which case I'll return the Deluxe steelbook.

I got my Mondo steelbooks from Target on Monday.  All three are very nice, which is probably good and bad that they only have released 4 of them in the US.

I might have hit the mother load at my store, found 4-5 Gods and Monsters Steelbooks and a couple of the figure editions. If folks here need them shoot me a PM (cost plus shipping or a Big Hero 6 Steelbook version preferred).

My target doesn't have any steelbook ver in but the regular ones should I still get one and  hope they get more steelbook ver in or should I just cancelled the movie it's a online order for store pickup

If it's for store pickup, is it same day pickup or are there a few days before you can pick it up? If same day, then it probably won't be SB.

Also, do you have any other Target stores that are reasonably close?

Got The Thing Mondo steel. It's awesome. Wish all steels had their philosophy with the plastic guard incorporated. Would keep all steels in great shape.

Is the Insurgent BB steelbook coming out Tuesday or Wednesday because it saying the 8/04 is that right I thought new movies come out on an Tuesday

I got my insurgent steelbook in the mail today, and of course it's bent. They packaged it in those cardboard envelopes -_-. I'll probably try to exchange it in stores on tuesday.

When did they shipped it out and is it really 3D Can you take a picture of it

Why does everything he posts has that stupid edited by? I don't know why but it annoys the crap out of me. My insurgent steel shipped today so hope it gets here in good condition. Hate they never allowed store pick up on it.

They will allow store pickup on it, on Tuesday morning. Just check BB.com around 12-1A CT on Tuesday morning and you should be able to do in-store pickup once it's been released. If you're worried about it, put in an in-store pickup order to hold one until you get yours in the mail and can check it out.

Mine's going to my office while I'm out of the office, so I may do that as a backup plan in case I check on it and it's been bent to fuck due to poor packaging.

In one of his lowballs, multiple people bid the same price on the same things.

So what does he do? Inflate each identical bid by $1.

When asked about it, he blamed it on the wind blowing outside.

I couldn't make this shit up.

Several of the Pop Art steels are included in the Best Buy 3 for $20.  Lowest price yet for those (makes them $6.66 each).

I only see it as an option when I actually edit a post that I already made. It allows me to show the "edited by" line. You can't tell me this guy edits every post he makes.
I can count the number of times on one hand where I didn't have to make an edit to a post because I wasn't typing correctly. I usually only look at what I typed the millisecond after I hit the post button.

Also, it's pretty unnerving to see how blatantly some people like to belittle other people in this thread...

God knows how they could possibly add 40 hours of new content. I just think that has to be a lie. I'll double dip if the extras are actually decent and especially if they announce digital copies as included.
If DMR were to re-institute their $8 off Blu-ray coupons, and the movies include digital copies, AND the movies cost $20 or less I might bite.

EDIT: I guess except for New Hope, the odd-ball...

EDIT part deux: If this artwork is final, those are some pretty cases:

Yeah, if those are the cases, it might be hard to resist. Thankfully, I haven't bought any Star Wars on blu yet, so I wouldn't feel as bad.
