Just got this email. Doesn't make me feel particularly comfortable. (I kind of don't like how it basically accuses customers of being confused, when they sent out a pile of shipping notices that didn't really mean our items had shipped)

Fellow Stootsiers-

This is a courtesy order update email that we are sending to all
customers who have purchased items last week during our two year
anniversary Stootsi Smorgasbord Sale. We have received enough inquiries
on packages that we are slightly worried that some of you just might be
a tad confused, so read below:

As you may (and hopefully) already be aware, all Smorgasbord items
started to process last Monday, August 11th. For those of you who are
wondering about why it took so long to begin processing orders, click on

Now keep in mind we are constantly shipping these items out, both today,
tomorrow, and Friday. Some orders have already shipped and left, some
are just processed but not shipped, etc. Please be patient with us. We
are doing our best to ship (literally) all of the orders (thousands) by

packages. This doesn't really mean anything other than they got lucky
and live close to us (Pittsburgh, PA).

Regardless, hopefully this clears up some confusion. Enjoy your week,

i think where the confuse part came from people here said the orders will SHIP AUG 11

they will start to ship AUG 11.... meaning who knows when they will ship....

O well hopefully it ships friday. There is no chance in getting these until Next tuesday at the soonest
 
I got the email too about the confusion. Did anyone else get UPS tracking? Mine says billing info received, I'm guessing it's not shipping until probably next week.

Same here. 200 games, 4 boxes and 84 pounds, due friday but I know most likely next week for delivery. Wonder if we will get the exact same 200?


My gamer box shipped a day before my games but both still show billing info received.
 
I still haven't received my turtle beaches and they were supposed to be hear today. They emailed me saying they UPS Picked them up Tuesday night. I hope i get it tommorow but i still keep getting Billing Information Recieved

Wow, I'm not to pleased to see the # of Mac games go up with the overall number of games. What are the Mac games?
 
I ordered 40 games, gamer box, and a gold box.

The 40 games should be here today, the other two are stuck at billing info. But the weights were 20lbs for games, 4lbs for gamer box, and 10lbs for gold box.

Looking at another forum, someone got there platinum box, and it was an hp laptop, and 15lbs or 20lbs I believe. A laptop would be awesome!

I liked though that everyone is getting every expansion and special pack for Neverwinter... I think Diamond has all that but goes for $30.

I do like some of the games, but I'm thinking they could have pulled out of a better collection... and having 707 games on one dvd is kinda cheesy.

Well PC stands for Personal Computer, which Macs are. Operating system was not specified. So they are in the right. It is really all the marketing from Apple and such that tries to make it seem that Macs are not PCs. It is all about the operating system.
