Gee, thanks

.
Hey, you were askin' for it...
As for the so-called dash attack, I already said running is impossible for me - just can't do it (unless I use Wii remote-only setup which I hate for general movement).
I must have missed that. What exactly is the problem? You just have to jam the control stick in one direction.
Also, I could never use the c-stick (or second analog on CC) while also using buttons.
Don't have to, really. The C-stick does smashes, which take a long damn time, so you can still move back-and-forth easily. If you absolutely
must, you could map the forward smash to a currently unused button.
Also, I hate that moving the left stick up makes you jump. Is there a way to turn that asinine behavior off? I end up jumping when I don't want to and then my X and Y jumps don't work when I need them too (thus making me fall to my death or whatever).
I think that's called the "tap jump". I use it, but yes, you can turn it off.
While I was never consciously aware that walking + A was a different attack then normal A, of course I do this all the time in normal brawls - it's not like I never did those attacks. It sort of comes naturally that you move towards someone and attack them. But for the home run thing where the target is stationary I tended not to do that.
Well, you don't normally have to do strong attacks here. For me, it's mostly just throwing followed by one smash.
