Thanks, Dast (thought you guys were actually doing a round for the season so I understood). Sorry I left you all after Marc joined, with 4 players I knew the lag was going to bad. I think I'll play a little more later.

No fucking kidding - that match was so laggy it was ridiculous. I think it took ten seconds between "GAME" and the match actually ending (with most of that being my death in slow motion), and we were all dead "thirty seconds" into the match.

I think I get some style points for kamikaze motorcycling Wario into Delfino Bay, though. That puppy sank like a rock. :cool:

Strell, JFD, Izzy...I had fun, especially since the match I was supposed to do for the league tonight looks like it won't happen (seeing as it's at least an hour late now). Hero, apparently we aren't friends yet, so I'll have to add you later, and play you in a match that isn't that ridiculously laggy. :)
 
Well one day I'll be rich and will have an army of private jets at my disposal, and I'll fly everyone to my castle under the ocean waves (you read that correctly) for Smash night.

Except JFD. He'll have to hitchike or take the bus.

I'm not sure. I got out of playing online during the summer (too much lag and Mario Kart took precedence), so if you did it was months ago.

If the league play is any indication, though, you'll just kick my ass over and over. I almost won against Strell with the Ice Climbers, but something tells me that won't work with you. :lol:

I thought I sent a PM asking if tomorrow (as in, today, but actual day today and not yesterday) was good, but now that I think of it I might've only sent that to Blue. #-o Sorry about any confusion I may have caused. I really wasn't planning on playing the matches tonight, I just got on wifi to see if Gothic Walrus was on and wanted to play our match (which I also messed up, apparently I'm great at scheduling and stuff) and then Joe changed his message so I figured I'd play a couple of friendly matches before I had to go.

Thanks for inviting me to your game Meows (think your CAG name is Ninieth?). Your friend's Metaknight was quick (but it could have been the smooth connection still quick though)! Is he on CAG too? His name sounded familiar, Neris I think. Sorry I left though, phone call.

edit 2: Good games Marc with Meow spectating :lol: Marc what am I going to do when your Meta Knight gets better than mine? Maybe I'll pick up Snake :lol:

GGS marc. It was like touch and go tactics. Hit without being grabbed. and guarding to avoid being hit. It also seems a bit like chicken.

Lulz, hero. Thanks for strengthening my R.O.B. once again.

I FEAR no projectile counters!

This includes Space Furries, Mother Boys, Pit, Zelda, Mr. Game & Watch, and anybody else who dares try to use my own weapon against me.

Edit: Yeah, hero. It was kinda like chicken. In order to win, there are a few important quotes I follow from Smash elites. I'm not gonna reveal them but they have nothing to do with Advanced Techniques.

Edit 2: I just realized my matches are usually very long. I recall seeing some 7+ minutes for our matches.

Dr. Mario Kart is coming over tonight to my place at around 10 pm PDT.

If he's up for it, I'll try to convince him to do some online FFAs and 1-on-1's Saturday night. But before then, he'll train me. ;)

We're going to a small Smash tourney tomorrow that lasts from 10 am to 5 pm at a library (weird) and Mr. Beef will be there, too.

Get ready to lose, Beef. :evil:

Oh, before I forget. My buddy managed to hack his Wii so he can make custom stages with absolutely no restrictions, and one of the first things he did was make a "death maze." He put it up for download, so I'll grab the link and post it here a lil' later. Death Maze 1 is EXTREMELY fun. I higgly recommend trying it out.

i found some videos of switching controls around on the GC controler mainly special to c-stick, lucas is now understood better.
so im going to experiment with “wavebouncing” a little more

Lurk, I experimented with b-sticking on Pikachu for multiple thunders and Quick Attack Cancels but it's just not worth it losing your super fast smashes for those b-moves. I feel the same way for all my other mains and secondaries.

Edit: I'm up for some matches Lurk. Please play your Falco. I wanna test something out against that reflector of his.

Just an heads up... if you guys see me online tonight, it's not me, it's my brother playing.

Me, on the other hand... I'm going to a get-together to play Brawl, and I've been challenged to FIVE DOLLAR CAPTAIN FALCON MONEY MATCH. Yes folks, that's right, five dollars. We're breaking the bank on this one. Hopefully we'll get the set recorded.
 
I think he might have done this already, but I should convince DMK to head up to Dallas with me for a weekend and have a big Brawl-bash with Ari, dallow, and a few others.

That could prove to be a lot of fun.
