You know, I don't think I can actually join anyone's game anymore. Every person gives me an 86420 error.

Guess I should look up some information on my router and see if there are any special things to test out...

Sigh.

This means I've got a room open if anyone is lookin' to play.
 
Good games Dastly, Jack, and Izzy. During the FFAs I wished you guys would stop picking Final Destination. I wanted at least one lag free match :bomb:

Anyone available for brawl right now? I went home with a soak long sleeve shirt that I used for a make-shift umbrella and do feel like a arse for using it.

So DMK and I played Smash for 5.5 hrs STRAIGHT. I only played as R.O.B. and Snake to see how well I could fare against him. I did pretty well and gave him a challenge. Victory-wise, I don't know who won more but it was VERY close. Maybe he did? At the same time, his skills are definitely better than mine's.

He finds my campiness hella annoying since he doesn't play with characters that have projectiles nor is he familiar with opponents who aren't overly-aggressive. We definitely shared some laughs and Imma try to convince him to play online tomorrow night, although he's not too partial about it.

BTW, I couldn't execute the mortar slide if my life depended on it. The non-lag has completely thrown off my timing! :bomb:

Oh, and I lost five dollars. :cry: I won the first match, but dropped the next three in a row. EVERY match was 3-2. I would get too careless and overly-aggressive after losing a stock. Rest assured though, these Falcon dittos were EPIC. Too bad they didn't get recorded. :cry:

Like Strell has mentioned, there's only two tourney ladies on CAG, FallMoon (Sammy) and Daisydog (Janet). There's also Nina (usually plays w/ JAMEZ) and Vicky (no clue who she is).

Also, I think you need to get accustomed to maigoyume. You and I play so much that you kinda know what to expect. If you played him more often, you'll adapt to his play style and minimize the rape. ;)
 
GG Foo, Jack, and Lurk. Everyone improved a lot. Now if I didn't kill myself that often then it would be good.

I think what confused me was that Mai kept calling himself Izzy so I thought Izzy was chick's name. And the samus avatar.

Sorry I dropped too Jack, me and Vid pretty much went through the whole Smash roster and when I play this game too much I get ill (not in a good way). Vid you Diddy is annoying (in a good way).

Good games Hero, RandL and Breen. I would have liked to finish that Samus Vs Kirby match though. Does "no contest" ever occur due to connection problems, or was someone just ending those games early on purpose?

Who are RandL and Breen? I'm guessing one of them is Lurk.

Hey CAGs,

Here's what I remember from the library tourney in San Lorenzo:

Dr. Mario Kart - Won 3 games and lost 2. Lost one to N4N3RZ, (0-2), the most renowned Diddy, and the other to Ricky's Snake (1-2). DMK played all his matches as MetaKnight. N4N3RZ initially had a bye before facing DMK. N4N3RZ eventually won the whole thing, I believe.

evergoo - Won 2 games and lost 2. Beat KUROHiTO's Lucario and Luigi (2-0) and BCHU's Samus (2-0). Lost to Sean's MetaKnight (0-2) as Snake. Sean also took a bye in Round 1. I believe Sean placed second in this tourney. Also lost 2-1 to IdMarthId (beat Captain Falcon, then lost twice to Marth) as R.O.B. I was too stubborn to switch to Snake against Marth. :whistle2:(

Mr. Beef - Failed to make it on time so only entered Doubles Tourney with...EVERGOO. Our team name was CAG but SHOW US YOUR GOO was also a possible name consideration. We went 0-2. Lol. Game 1, we lost to a mediocre Wario and Sky's mean ass Peach. Game 2, we lost to Toon Link and Ricky's Snake. The second team sure communicated a lot during our matches as if they've been together forever.

Oh yeah, I KO'd Mr. Beef once in those team matches. Take that!

Overall, many of the Smashers were nice and I had a great time. Only one was a jerk since he tried to insert some cynic remarks against my campy R.O.B. All my lost rounds were within one stock so I'm proud. :bouncy:

After some SmashWiki research, here is some info. about my opponents:

KUROHiTO - Considered to be one of the best Lucario's in Nor Cal. Couldn't find a way to beat my R.O.B. Got his soul crushed as Luigi in Game 2 when he died from a silly Gyro Toss within the first 5 seconds on Pokemon Stadium.

Sean - One of the best MetaKnight's in Nor Cal. Usually places highly in local tourneys, including a crapload of 1st place finishes. Doesn't depend on Mach Tornado spams and knows how to play smart against my extremely defensive Snake. He recorded those matches so maybe I can post them up.

IdMarthId - Placed first in a Captain Falcon online ditto tourney and a low-tiers only tourney. Been to few tourneys but always places high. Beat his low tier Captain Falcon w/o getting KO kneed in the face. :D

P.S. Sorry for the late post. DMK and I were pooped out after 6 hrs of Brawl. We slept like babies once we came home and finished eating.

Good games earlier Blue, Dastly, Jack, Hero, Lurk and Janet (I think that's everyone). The twin Luigis and Pikachu headbutt-fest was hilarious.

Hero: Once again, nice Pit dittos, you still come out on top of our arrow duels for the most part. Looking forward to another match soon.
