DWI isn't the crime that we need to worry about, nor is open container or any of that other shite. It's adding a layer of rules when the real concern is the accident. People get into accidents that kill other people all the time and they aren't always drunk or buzzed or completely blotto when they do it. Sometimes they're putting on mascarra, reaching for a french fry that they dropped, swatting at an insect, getting a blow job, need to give themselves an insulin injection (ever seen a diabetic moments before they completely crash?), etc...
So what are we complaining about? All of those things can lead to a tragedy, but to single out having a good time and then hopping in your car as the be all end all of moral malfeasance is even more Jesus Facepalmingly retarded than my original comment!

And for those of you in the "never have and never will" crowd of drinking or hopping into the car after you've had a couple. Good for you. Where shall I send your cookie?

So apparently you didn't feel that your first post was confirmation enough that you're an idiot and that an addendum was necessary.

all your previous posts being a dick weren't enough so you have to continually give it another go?
Sorry to hear this, but this, too, is an apples to oranges comparison. Time frame (was this the 80's, 90's, today?), judge, jurisdiction, prosecutor, cultural climate - lots of things vary.

1997. I suppose I left out the 9 month undercover operation that led to her arrest. My high school years were very much like the first season of Weeds. So yes, apples and oranges. ;)

I'm just amused that three fairly serious drug charges only amounts to ten days in jail for Jeff. I don't see much of a problem with it though, as he's no danger to society outside of inspiring kids to dip themselves in glow paint. Hoping he gets the help he needs.

I didn't really drink much until I turned 21. For those of you who don't, I commend you for resisting all of the temptation but I suggest this: beer is pretty tasty, and my inner white trash adores a bottle of Jack.

The total condescending attitude to justify a decision that risks the lives of others helps me understand why heel Punk is so effective.

Wow, you really showed me. It's too bad you didn't quote all of these previous posts you're alluding to in order to confirm your well thought out point. Y'know, like this.
driving drunk isn't a crime, vehicular homicide is. Granted, A increases the likelihood of B but studies have shown that changing a CD while the car is in motion or using a cell phone is just as dangerous in terms of "distracted driving" as pissing your pants because you've had a couple too many rum n' cokes...
boy is my face red, ya sure got me there!
now seeing the original comment I made, I meant to say it isn't "THE" crime, not A crime. We're not worried about drunk driving, we're worried about people dying in accidents. My bad.

pitfall, I'm not saying they are the same. But hey, context is confusing right?
Not that big a deal if WWE's is 30. Besides, that could be a production meeting going over the rundown of a show or any number of things. I give very little credence to one photo that stands a pretty fair chance of being out of context.
Fast-forward to about the 10 minute-mark. Also, WWE has 30!? Jesus Christ.

You can be charged with the same crime if there's evidence of you being negligent.

Diabetics who have low blood sugar can appear like they are intoxicated. Diabetics and other people with medical conditions can lose their license if they endanger other people. Driving is a privellege not a right.

Justin Credible has a cool show on Justin TV at 7 eastern 6 central m-f, answers all kinds of questions about anything you can think of. I got a question in tonight about the one and only ECW house show here in Pensacola, Florida I was at when Sandman got naked. lol check it out

How long before there's an Olive Garden question?

There is a story here on the Jeff Hardy case that includes all the details about what happened to lead to his arrest. Allegedly, Hardy met with a fan after a wrestling show in September 2009 and the fan offered to send him drugs, which were mailed in a Maxwell House coffee can. The postal authorities found the package suspicious, opened the can, viewed the contents (262 hydrocodone pills), sealed it back up and delivered it as scheduled. As soon as Jeff signed to accept the package, cops raided his house and found all of the other drugs. The fan, Thomas Ray Cruz, from Florida, is out on $50,000 bond and is awaiting a November court date.

Loved Henry swatting Ryder like a fly to start the show. Henry-Zeke was an okay giant dude vs. littler giant dude match. Hunicara-Kidd was fine. Really could've done without Cole saying that Sin Cara beat Daniel Bryan, THE MONEY IN THE BANK WINNER, with the greatest of ease. Glad to see them continue the idea of bringing back the real deal, probably next week, to prevent killing the character's merch sales. Aksana talking about how great she is at giving head was tremendous. Nattie-Kelly was worthwhile for the former's tits hanging out and the latter's ass hanging out throughout it. Loved the Sheamus-Christian mic exchange - Sheamus's character hasn't lost anything, except for being hurt by those BE A STAR ads. Everyone in them looks like a geek. I have no idea what Booker was talking about with Barrett not having a breakout moment - he had TONS of them. The problem is he had them before Booker came back, so they don't count.

It felt odd to have Sheamus-Wade again now after doing nothing with their feud for a while after their first match with the double DQ/count out, whatever it was. Another non-finish here thanks to Christian, but also another really good brawling-heavy match. Booker called Christian a SHNAKE, which was amusing. Edge video aired. Seemed weird to have "Dwight" as his name - sorta made him seem like an assistant regional manager. Air Boom-Khali-Jinder was a fine little storyline match since it seemingly ended the Khali-Jinder relationship and wasn't a terrible match. Odd to have Cole talk about not understanding their language after reading Josh the riot act earlier for not knowing Spanish, and not have Josh call him out on that. I also didn't like him saying Jinder pleaded with Long to get the rematch - he's a super-rich and powerful heel - HE SHOULDN'T BE PLEADING WITH ANYONE. Especially not the peanut-headed George Jefforson wannabe. Then again, he also shouldn't be doing tons of jobs. I guess that's more damaging than him not being seen debating the GM.

Really could've done without Cole yelling at Booker T, a veteran of the business, to put a fucking bag on his head. Booker looked pissed, and rightfully so - he deserves better than being insulted like that, even if it's just in an on-air capacity. Kills his character, as does Cole bringing up every single flaw the guy has in his commentary. Loved Cole talking about "a psychological advantage more than anything else" TWICE, in successive sentences. Josh at least called him out on the idea of the mask just giving Cody a mental edge. And then Booker got on him for being annoying. GO BOOKER! Orton-Cody was incredibly long for a TV main event, especially one involving the IC Champion, but was really good. It wasn't much of a star-making match for Cody in the sense of it being a highlight reel one, but Cody did hold his own, and was only one move away - twice, at the end, before getting RKOed after missing the BD kick. That part probably was as close to a highlight reel moment the match had, so hopefully something comes of it. One thing this match did was really make the IC Title and its champion seem important. They had video packaging plugging both the match and Cody himself throughout the show, and this was the closest the title has felt to "just a step below the world title" in a long time. Loved Henry laying out Orton with 2 World's Strongest Slams and then saying he COULD have broken his leg, but didn't t get the title after the match. Really awesome little bit, and some fans appeared legit terrified - rare to have a highlight-worthy crowd moment on SD

El LeBell Lock!

Quotes -
Booker - MARK HENRY IS ON A TEAR, DAWG!
Cole - MARK HENRY HAS BEEN TRENDING WORLDWIDE ON TWITTER EACH AND EVERY WEEK!
Henry - I’m gonna tell you about the hall of pain! Men have walked through these ropes, and they’ve been carried out of it. People think that because I’ve been here for 15 years, my best years are behind me. Ask the Big Show. Ask Kane. They have special wings in the hall of pain, and at NoC, Randy Orton’s gonna get inducted. In the Hall, there’s broken bones, broken careers, and broken hope! They said that the beating I gave Orton last week in the cage was the worst he ever got. I call that a good start - cuz there’s more where that came from! Ya see, my whole career has led me to this point. I’m more unpredictable than I’ve ever been. I’m more dangerous, more reckless! I’M THE WORLD’S STRONGEST MAN! And come NoC, you’ll be looking at the new World champion! (Ryder comes out)
Cole - THIS GUY!?
Ryder - bro, you’re on a roll. Hall of pain? YOU SERIOUS BRO! WE COULD BE BROSKIS! WOO WOOO WOOO! YOU KNOW IT!
Henry - YOU MUST HAVE A DEATH WISH TO INTERRUPT ME!
Ryder - As Teddy’s assistant, I’m here to tell you that you and Orton are in action tonight, but not against each other. Tonight, Teddy made a no contact rule, so if you interfere in each others matches, they’ll be big problems. Take care everyone!
Henry - C’mere… COME HERE! Thanks for the heads up.
Ryder - Anytime, Mark.
Henry - You got something to do? Lemme ask you a question… Who do you think is gonna win at NoC?
Ryder - Um…if I had to pick…BETH HAS KELLY KELLY’S NUMBER! Um, but in regards to your match, I can’t say anything. If I say Orton, you’ll shove me up one nostril and shoot me out the other.
Henry - Is that it? You just said I can’t put my hands on Orton, right? So you know that I’m gonna have to put my hands on somebody, right!?
Cole - I don’t think Mark Henry’s in the running for Broski of the Week.
Booker - You know it!
Booker - IF ANYONE CAN TAKE DOWN MARK HENRY, IT’S ZEKE!
Josh - I don’t know - he’s taken out bigger.
Cole - Mark Henry has played every character in WWE - BUT HE’S MORE DANGEROUS THAN EVER!
Booker - HE TOOK THE BAIT LIKE A RAT TAKING THE CHEESE!
Cole - That’s a big rat.
Booker - MARK HENRY’S A MEAN INDIVIDUAL!
Booker - DRAW A CIRCLE AROUND BIG ZEKE!
Teddy - You look beautiful.
Aksana - Can I make an announcement tonight?
Teddy - You did it last week, if you did it every week, it wouldn’t be special.
Aksana - Ring announcement isn’t the only special thing I can do with my mouth…I CAN SING TOO. We can make beautiful music together.
Teddy - That sounds good, but I need to go check on Zack Ryder now.
Cole - VERY UNCHARACTERISTIC ACTIONS FROM THE SIN CARA WE THOUGHT WE KNEW!
Cole - As Booker would say, WITH THE GREATEST OF EASE, Sin Cara beat Daniel Bryan.
Josh - Can’t wait to get Booker’s thoughts on SIN CARA’S DESCPICABLE ACTIONS FROM LAST WEEK when we get back.
Booker - Sin Cara HAS DA MASK ON, AND YA DON’T KNOW WHAT HE’S THINKING. AND I THINK HE’S BEEN WATCHING WHAT’S GOING ON IN WWE, HE’S LOOKING TO MAKE A PLAY!
Cole - YOU CALLED HIS ACTIONS DESCPICABLE, BUT DID YOU ASK HIM WHAT HAPPENED!?
Josh - There’s a language barrier - I don’t speak Spanish.
Booker - SIN CARA FLIES WITH THE GREATEST OF EASE!
Cole - Lemme walk you through this - WALK INTO THE RING WITH A MICROPHONE! Ya say HEY SIN CARA, OLA! Then you say why were you MUCHO BADDO, that means very bad, last week?
Josh - I’ll do it if you shut up, please.
Booker - IT’S ALL ABOUT TITLES AND MONEY!
Cole - If it wasn’t, then why would he be here?
Booker - MY POINT!
Cole - I can’t get to get WWE ‘12 and hear all your patented signature calls in that.
Booker - DIDJA JUST SEE CARA, HE DROPPED HIM LIKE A BAD HABIT!
Booker - QUE PASO!
Josh - Sin Cara, par-don! Sin Cara, I don’t know if you can understand me because you don’t speak English, but we’ve seen a more aggressive side that we haven’t seen before. Can you tell us where this is coming from.
Hunicara - I AM AN INTENSE COMPETITOR! EVER SINCE I STARTED HERE IN THE WWE, I HELD BACK OUT OF RESPECT. NOW THAT I’M HERE, NOBODY’S GONNA STOP ME. NADA! THIS STYLE AND THIS AGGRESSION IS ME - ESE SOYO - THE REAL SIN CARA!
Booker - HE’S ONLY BEEN WORKING ON HIS ENGLISH FOR A MONTH!
Daniel - Man, Sin Cara, you speaking English - I didn’t see that coming. Of course, I didn’t see your kick coming either. Spanish, English, it doesn’t make a difference - your attack spoke a universal language. YOU DON’T RESPECT ME. SO NOW WE HAVE A PROBLEM WE NEED TO RECTIFY, and I have as simple solution. You versus me. A rematch. Next week. You can be as aggressive as you want.
Cole - LEBELL LOCK. BRYAN’S TAPPING TO HIS SIGNATURE MOVE!
Orton - Mark Henry is at the peak of his career, and people are wondering what can stop him. The answer is an R-K-O!
Booker - I ain’t worried about twitter - I’M LOOKING AT THIS MATCH!
Booker - Natalya’s either a second or third-generation star. I don’t know which.
Christian - This is the right thing to do, so chime in - I DESERVE ONE MORE MATCH! (Sheamus comes out)
Sheamus - Christian, give it a rest, will ya fella! THIS IS GETTING EMBARRASSING FOR EVERYBODY. THIS IS LIKE A LITTER PUPPIES, ALL WERE BORN HEALTHY, EXCEPT FOR ONE. HE GREW UP TO BE SCRAWNY AND SEEDY LOOKIN. That poor pup developed the mange - every time he burped, hot air came out of his arse.
Christian - NOBODY CARES ABOUT YOUR SHANTY IRISH BACKGROUND! SHUT YOUR MATH!
Sheamus - Let’s make it short and sweet - I’ve a match now that I really wanna get started. TWO, I THINK YOU, ME AND THE WWE UNIVERSE KNOW YOU WON’T GET ONE MORE MATCH! AND THREE, I SPEAK FOR EVERYONE WHEN I SAY YOU’RE OUT OF MATCHES, OUT OF CHANCES, YER OUT OF EXCUSES, AND RIGHT NOW, YOU’RE GONNA OUTTA THIS RING!
Josh - Christian doing exactly what he was told to do by Sheamus.
Booker - WADE BARRETT’S WAITING FOR HIS BREAKOUT MOMENT!
Booker - SHEAMUS JUST GONNA GET GRIMEY!
Booker - SHEAMUS IS BEATING THE DUST OFF THIS KID!
Booker - CHRISTIAN IS A SHNAKE!
Josh - Here’s a video of Edge’s character “Dwight”.
Josh - Bourne and Kofi took to SOCIAL MEDIA to let the WWE Universe name their team.
Cole - Earlier, Jinder had a debate with Khali. Not really a debate. More of an argument, but of course, I couldn’t understand their language.
Cole - Air Boom is silly.
Booker - I really don’t like the name. BUT TOGETHER, THAT’S A WHOLE LOT OF EXCITEMENT!
(after the Boom Drop) Booker - I used to not like that move, but it’s growing on me.
Cole - You’re not growing on me.
Booker - GOOD!
Cody - EVEN THOUGH MY FACE REMAINS FRACTURED, I AM AN INSPIRATION. THE BLIND SPOT OF ALL OF THE WWE, THE THING NOBODY SAW COMING. I’VE BEEN SURROUNDED BY PEOPLE IN MY CAREER WHO ARE JEALOUS OF MY ABILITIES, MY YOUTH, MY SUCCESS, AND I HAVE OVERCAME. I WAS TRYING, TRYING TO INSPIRE TED DIBIASE THROUGH MY SUCCESS! But Ted was happy being Ted. I wouldn’t be happy being Ted. I wasn’t going to let him sink ME! So I dropped him. And when that anchor sunk to the bottom, you know what went to the top? THE INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPIONSHIP! THAT’S WHAT YOU CALL AN INSPIRATION! Earlier tonight, Randy Orton said that I was unstable. Well Randy, look who’s talking - there’s a thin line, a scary film between unstable and THRIVING. So Randy Orton has inspired me yet again to show him just how unstable I can be.
Cole - Cody is thriving - he’s the IC Champion. He uses the mask as a psychological advantage more than anything else, I believe.
Cole - VINTAGE ORTON! PSYCHOLOGICAL, MORE THAN ANYTHING ELSE!
Josh - How about a physical advantage? HE’S USED IT AS A WEAPON!
Cole - I believe it’s a psychological advantage - you also have to worry about a weapon on his face.
Booker - ORTON JUST HEADBUTTED THE MASK AND SEEMED TO LIKE IT!
Cole - Maybe the mask hurt Cody.
Booker - Anyone ever tell you you’re just annoying?
Cole - Cody has changed.
Booker - YEAH, HE’S LOST HIS FRICKIN MIND!
Booker - I tell my students to make themselves something.
Cole - Your wrestling students, not commentary students?
Booker - Yeah.
Booker - Cody has a lot of talent - he just needs to use it in the right way, in my opinion.
Henry - I COULDA BROKE YER LEG, BUT THAT’S NOT MY OBJECTIVE! THAT TITLE IS! THAT TITLE’S THE ONLY REASON I DIDN’T BREAK IT RIGHT NOW!

Oh, man, you go, WWE, trumpeting the success of the 25th anniversary show of the PPV that you care so little about you almost retired it 2 years ago.

I'm not even sure why they made the effort of mentioning the anniversary there, since instead of promos about Survivor Series itself, every video package will be "HEYLOOKUGUYDITSDAROCK!!!!!!!!1!!!!!1!!1!1!1!!1!1".

Still, it's nice that SS will be treated like a real thing again, even if it is just because of The Rock.
It's amazing to think that TNA never bothered to hype that one of their wrestlers was on the Price is Right.
Probably because he got more in parting gifts than they've paid him in months.
One of those guys is a WWE Hall of Famer, tee-hee.
Okay, that's the funniest fucking thing I've read in a loooooong time.

I don't know if anyone posted this yet, but WrestleMania 27 (3-Disc Set) is on sale for $9.99 on WWEShop.
I don't know if anyone posted this yet, but WrestleMania 27 (3-Disc Set) is on sale for $9.99 on WWEShop.
The blu's on sale for $14.99, too. Too bad I already have it. They even have a $20 bundle where you get the program.
One of those guys is a WWE Hall of Famer, tee-hee.
I'm ashamed to admit that it took me a while to realize what you were talking about.

It's kinda sad to think that for all of his accomplishments in the business, that's what he'll most likely be remembered for when he comes to mind.

Lol I never get enough of that interview.. Booker Ts look after he says that is priceless.. Sherrys wanting too laugh but holding it in. I'm watching the PPV, kid kash actually is pretty good at playing that old school heel. he's the king of cheap heat. Bully Ray using a lot of old school chickenshit heel tactics tonight too.
a video of the smackdown taping for friday with 1500 paying fans.
That's just pathetic. I wonder what town that's in?
Toledo Ohio I believe.. that's not too small of a town.
It's not. Plus, 12 years ago, people drove from miles around to go to WCW/WWF TV tapings. Shit, I once drove 2 hours to go to an ECW house show in Richmond.

I'm pretty sure TNA had more than that (in Podunk, AL no less) last week for their TV taping. It seems even more surprising since I always thought Ohio was fairly strong for WWE.

Anecdotally, I've had no problems Stubhubbing decent seats the day of a Cleveland show in the past. The arena was still fairly full, but the past few times they've come through I haven't gone due to both a lack of interest and the price they're charging these days. $80 for a floor seat, iirc, is laughable.
$80 for a TV taping? Yeah, that's a joke.
It was quite surprising how much ticket price can vary. Last year when I went to RAW at Rupp Arena, we got two lower arena seats for 50 as the total price. Fast forward 7 months when RAW was in Louisville and tickets for lower arena were 60 a piece.
Not sure if it was mentioned already: This Tuesday, K-mart is selling the DVD version of Summerslam for $9.99.
Thank You for that. Great PPV (excluding the ending).
I'm pretty sure TNA had more than that (in Podunk, AL no less) last week for their TV taping. It seems even more surprising since I always thought Ohio was fairly strong for WWE.
It just depends on where they are in Ohio. Columbus, Cincinnati & Cleveland usually do very well. It's the other towns that have seemed to lose interest.

They're having a SD taping 30 minutes away from me on the 20th in Dayton and there's still quite a few floor seats left(ringside is sold out though). So it wouldn't surprise me if they have a lot of the cheap seats area tarped off. BTW, it has to be an old commercial they're airing for it. Because it's promoting the dark match as Christian defending the World Heavyweight title again Randy Orton.
Toledo Ohio I believe.. that's not too small of a town.
From what I've heard, the show wasn't advertised too strongly. :|
