Only got a few hours of sleep because of budge's posse knocking on my door. There needs to be a do not knock list to save us from these people.
They've resorted to calling us around here.

Yup.

I ended up just buying a points card from Jamaican for 5.00 more :whistle2:[

Call me crazy, but I feel safer going through eBay.

I needed the points for Turtles, 1943 and MvC2 :] July is going to be a good month for XBLA

Is your alt. account "Ronzilla", Moxio? He sent me a msg last night asking for a Newzbin invite and I've never seen that dude on CAG.

PM me your email.
Why do you need newzbin?
Because its really organized and awesome and only 3 bucks every 8 weeks. Thats six Jack in the Box tacos, fatty.

Is there a way to uninstall a program that Windows won't uninstall properly? :whistle2:?

Avast is beyond fucked on my computer, for whatever reason, and I can't uninstall it.

try ccleaner.

Dang, I should have picked up one of those "hot" points cards when I had the chance. I forgot that BF1943 was almost out.

A search engine? Get out of here. I'd take being able to browse by format, genre, or region any day over some crappy search engine any day.
Liq, you could try deleting all the avast files on your computer then deleting the registry entries for it as well.
Any way to know which registry files belong to Avast? I'm gonna have to go with that since Jake's CCleaner suggestion didn't work.

I'm finding a ton of entries using Find in regedit, but I don't know which to delete, or if you delete the whole folder and not the entry, etc.

Ok, here's what I spotted and I know these belong to avast:

Under "HKEY_Local_Machine" and "HKEY_Current_User" there's a folder called Alwil software. That's all I see. Just look in the software folder for each and delete the whole alwil folder.

So I was checking over programs I either don't use or don't think I need. Can anyone say whether any of these programs are worth keeping at all or not?

Avant Browser
Spybot
Assassin SE
Recuva
The Sage
EULAlyzer

Spybot is the only one which I do use , but always seems to give me system problems when I run it at least half the time.

Also , does iTunes have a music file conversion feature? Such as being able to turn an mp3 into a .aac?
