The coupon frequency (or lack thereof) is one of the big reasons why I don't like B&N nearly as much as I liked Borders. I was a CAG for books well before I joined here, and Borders's free store card membership thing whooped anything B&N ever offered. Constant coupons. For a year or two they had a really, really good money back program, too. Then it became just okay, but at least the coupons stayed.
I find the East Brunswick B&N to have a less impressive inventory than any Borders I've ever been in.
But, yeah. I was a major regular at the East Brunswick Borders store. I read so much back then. Thanks to all the awesome coupons, I would buy all sorts of books that I wouldn't have bought otherwise. It kicked ass.
