You know, I still wonder why the recording industry released Coldplay early. U2 isn't really close to being obsolete yet.
Yeah, but there hasn't been a fun / good Sonic game since Sonic the Hedgehog. ;)

Seriously, though, some of the titles were alright... but all of them seemed mediocre.
I think you mean Sonic the Hedgehog 2. ;)
You know, I still wonder why the recording industry released Coldplay early. U2 isn't really close to being obsolete yet.
U2 is awful shit. Coldplay is at least tolerable. It's a completely different market segment.

After listening to the Stubbs the Zombie soundtrack a few times, I have to say that the lyrics to "My Boyfriend's Back" piss me off.

It's so woman to mock the man she's cheating with, saying that when her boyfriend comes back, she'll be off scott-free and that the boyfriend will beat his ass.

The real lyrics should be:

My boyfriend's back and we're gonna be in trouble
(Hey-la, hey-la, my boyfriend's back)
When we see his gaunt eyes glowing in the shadows, better call the cops on the double
(Hey-la, hey-la, my boyfriend's back)

We made a big mistake and I was untrue
(Hey-la, hey-la, my boyfriend's back)
He's going to crush your skull with a ball-pin hammer and strangle me 'til I'm blue
(Hey-la, hey-la, my boyfriend's back)

Or something like that.
I think you mean Sonic the Hedgehog 2. ;)
No!! And why didn't you buy me a DFA'79 CD, ya lousy jerk!? ;|
 :applause:

Yeah, that lying whore needs to get hers as well.
Damn right.

I've had a variation of this happen to me once. I almost went to the other guy's house, punched the door in (kicking is weak) and fought him in his living room.

He imposed on my property; why not impose on his. Also, from being raised by my parents and grandfather (my grandfather being full-blooded Italian), I've learned that revenge is beautiful completion. It's like the motherfuckin' swan song to end all swan songs.
I'm trying to figure out something to do tonight...

What the hell is there to do?
Nothing, really. And when there's nothing to do, bounce back and forth between video games, masturbating and Internets. If you're as good as me, you can multi-task and do all three at once.
No!! And why didn't you buy me a DFA'79 CD, ya lousy jerk!? ;|
Best Buy only had one copy, and I was lucky to find even that.

Otherwise, you know, of course I would ... ok maybe not.

While I can't agree with that part (and I think you were kidding anyway), I have no problem with vengence.

Let's just hope that the rumble feature isn't a major stimulant in this.
You know what they need on DVD? Rocko's Modern Life. Or Doug.
Yeah, they do need to release those series on DVD. Well, for Doug, I'd be happy with just the Nick version, and not the bastardized creation from Disney.

I have all the eps of Rocko on my comp. One of these days, I'll convert them to DVD.
While I can't agree with that part (and I think you were kidding anyway), I have no problem with vengence.
I'm not kidding. :O

And I want to talk more about revenge and vengeance:

In my household, anytime somebody would do me wrong at school or elsewhere, it was never a question of how I'd cope with it or try to make things better... it'd always be, "What're you gonna do to get him?" With my grandpa, especially. He lived with us my whole life and his practical knowledge was vast.

I remember when things would happen to my grandpa, I'd ask "How are you gonan get 'em back?" "Just wait," he'd reply. "You'll see." Powerful words.

I love revenge. :O

The sensation you get just before the actual act takes place is so powerful that it almost floors you. And once it's all said and done, it feels as though a weight has been hoisted right off of your shoulders.

Agreed. I didn't care for the Dsiney version one bit.

I have a VHS with 5 Rocko eps, but that's it. problably the one TV show I want on DVD the most.

Actually, I think I'm going to head to bed a bit early tonight. I haven't been doing too well, and hopefully a bit of extra sleep will help out. I just have to run a few errands first.

My mother once broke a nun's leg. Said nun had made fun of one of her sisters in front of the class. She only tripped her, the leg breaking was a bonus.
*note to self* Keep hands of Brak's bitches. *end note to self*
This is the neurotic portion of me speaking now, but my exgirlfriend did something to me that made me hate her and women a lot. And me thinking the way I do snowballed and made it even worse. :O

I figure that when somebody I love and care for leaves me, I'll cope with it by hating them as much as I loved them.

Whoa...

Nuns are off limits to even me. Your mom is hard. :O

Morbid dude that is fucking gay man. Just dont flip out and start a killing spree or anything.

Brak your vengance is a great thing. It is a simple pleasure in life that can hardly be topped by anything.

Sblymnl Vengance is good because of Natalie.

Rocko's Modern Life must come out on DVD. Who will join our army?
I figure that when somebody I love and care for leaves me, I'll cope with it by hating them as much as I loved them.
You must have really, really, really loved that fucking bitch.
I'm glad to hear that your head is still in the right place despite the pain you are going through. If you have some favorite music to listen to, I would suggest listening to it. Maybe it will calm your nerves.

That music probably isn't very calming, but it's a nice thought nonetheless.

Heh, I told him the same thing, though I dunno if goth metal will calm nerves

Yeah, I just thought of that. I'm a wreck today myself. I can't think straight.

So... Morbid, find something a bit lighter that you might enjoy and listen to that. The music doesn't necessarily have to be upbeat. If it has some nice lyrics, they can be of some good help.
I'm listening to Norah Jones right now.
Was your dad born here?

Sorry, cheap joke to try to make you laugh. That's a very twisted tale and you have every right to want to kick your father's ass. I know I would. That's messed up.

Do the whole thing from "Analyze This" or whatever. I never saw the movie, but in the previews, Billy Crystal handed Robert DeNiro a gun and DeNiro shot at a pillow. Crystal asked Bob if he felt better, and he said "Actually, yeah, I do!"

So get a gun and shoot a pillow. Or kick the shit out of a pillow. Just don't punch a wall or anything, you may regret that one later.

edit: Thanks for the fucking spoilers, lulu.
Thanks scorch. the only thing that will make me feel better is if i find out he commited suicide due to the guilt of what he did.
You must have really, really, really loved that fucking bitch.
Yeah...

When I hear her laugh in class, my heart melts and then I get angry at myself for feeling that way and start beating the shit out of myself (mentally). And I also don't like how my internal dialogue(s) argue with eachother, either. "That's not the right thing to do!" "Sure it is, because of (insert reasons here)!" "Yeah, but (insert rebuttal here)!"
Brak your vengance is a great thing. It is a simple pleasure in life that can hardly be topped by anything.
Vengeance is as old as time. :D

A caveman punches another caveman in the face. What do you think happened? :O

That's right; a dinosaur stepped on them both.

That blows dude. Maybe one day it will be like Family Guy and the angel will be late stuck on the freeway.

I have the same sort of conversations. Usually, I mentally scream at people as I walk through the halls, but if I think something especially bad, I get all pissed.

I wish I had one of those martian ships from War of the Worlds so that I could just kill these fuckers that doubled the time it took to get to school today. :bomb: That or the ability to go Burnout Revenge on their asses.

I thought she stopped coming to class? I don't have more than one personality so I miss out on having those type of conversations.

Well, it's nearing winter and you live in AZ, so I assume it's the elderly slowing everything down, right?

My friend wanted me to go to the Oct. 24 show. Too broke since I'm buying tickets for Blackstar and then tickets for Kanye West and Common after that. Too many good concerts right now.

You need to move to CA!

I doubt it, it's rush hour, so half the state is heading home down one road. This was an unusually slower drive than most. One smart thing I see happening, they're putting a traffic light right near the school. Why? I guess traffic wasn't backed up enough.

OMGWTFBBQ put on ABC right now, for primetime. They're showing 2 13-year-old girl singers who sing about white supremecy and being nazis... its pretty fucked up

That's actually old news, there's a thread about it, though you'll have to search for it. Sick stuff there.

Well this has been a trying night. Thanks all for the help. My dad is still going to support us, though. Which is the only bright spot right now.
This is a boring-ass night for Saucy Jack.

(sigh)

I'm bored... does anyone wish to play a game of basketball?
Okay. I take a three, swish, up 3-0. Seeing that, you forfeit in utter defeat.

Having throughly trounced Jack, I will now finish watching Clerks.
