RVD was a helluva surprise. I wonder if he's doing a one-shot, or if he's back on the payroll.

Either way, I don't mine seeing Santino play the "can't win" heel role, but to a single kick and frog splash? C'mon.

The ladder match was very good, though there was literally nothing but spots. Spot, pause, spot, pause...that's not too impressive IMO. Nevertheless, the athleticism was very good, and the match is a good indicator of how good a motivated Carlito can be.
 
Evidently, reports say Steve Corino worked a dark match at Raw tonight, facing Harry Smith.

Also, Senshi is in a match that was taped tonight for TNA Impact. Huh.

Of course. And I remember him dropping the belt in his very first PPV defense back to HHH.

I just noticed some kid has a RoH hoodie on in the crowd. Very strange to see that on a WWE show.

Well I don't know, maybe you blinked and missed Orton's first title reign. Point being they thought highly enough of him once before to give him the title. Still... during the Attitude Era, Orton was a mid-carder, or supplemental wrestler in the main event (like his dad) at best.

Don't be too shocked about seeing more RoH apparel and so forth, I firmly believe they are becoming the former WWE and anti-WWE wrestling fans preferred alternative over TNA.

That's basically what I meant. That was around the time they were trying to push Orton into the role that The Rock had left behind and the fans weren't buying it so they shotgunned the title back to Triple H. He feels like a far more legit champion nowadays.

Ok, I didn't even know there was a special show on tonight...I'm flipping through and see motherfucking Gangrel's entrance on my screen, which was awesome. Shame on Ross and Lawler for not mentioning his porn career.
