So, that Danielson blog was... well, it was. Not much to it, is there? The man knows how to play the politics, that's for sure. He seems happy back in the indies, but I almost guarantee he'll end up back in WWE eventually. That blog also didn't convince me that there wasn't a 'reason' behind the decision to fire him. If he apologized right afterwards, and it was because he didn't adhere to the PG rating, it shouldn't have taken 4 days to decide to fire him.
Oh, and TNA? I'm going to go ahead and assume that he's seen how they're treating McGuinness and that'll pretty much make that decision.
Now, onto Hydro's post... I assert that they'll *never* be anyone on HBK's level again. He grew out of time period in wrestling that nurtured that kind of skill development, which was really organic, and you just can't find that anymore. There's been 3 main HBK DVDs at this point, and 6 if you count Boyhood Dream, DX, and New and Improved DX. Me, I'm totally fine with having a ton of HBK DVDs, because there's rarely a bad match on them.
When it comes down to it, Hogan, Austin, Rock, etc will always be bigger stars, but I'll choose to watch a Michaels match any time. This is all sounding like fanboy ranting, and I admit that it is. HBK is, and has always been, my #1 of all time. It's not even close. But, really, for the total package that he is, I really don't think there's ever going to be anyone else like him.
I'll, uh, shut up now.
