Well my store only got 5 copies of the game with 2 preorders, one of which was canceled after reviews came out, and only 4 artbooks.

It was true; the LE used to be the only edition available for preorder. They must have hit the cap on artbooks and created a page for the regular edition.

It should be on an insert inside of the case and there is an identifying badge on the case insert front. AFAIK it's one time use and you have to redeem it ingame via uPlay versus an eShop download. GameStop copies only.
