I agree that it was a douche move by him. I'm not entirely certain I'd give him full credit for ending BB penny guides. I don't think a single consumer can have that big of an impact. Maybe he was the straw that broke the camel's back or maybe it was coincidence. Who knows for sure.

On topic: I'm hoping Ragnorak Odyssey Ace (Vita) converts to used since the first run copies came with the soundtrack.

 
If anyone in the Columbus area is still looking for a Riptide Collectors Edition, Westerville GS has a PS3 one up on a shelf near the back of the store.

It's sitting on end, so kind of hard to spot, but still sealed.

From what I remember, he wrote Primagames and Bradygames and told them that people were buying their guides at best buy for a penny and reselling them to used book stores. I thought he just let Prima and Brady contact Best Buy about what was happening. Maybe he wrote to best buy too.

And then suddenly boom: "Not For Sale" instead of "$.01"

I have to admit I am not a amiibo guy so I don't know what happened there but I love a good story if you want to job vent.

I'm very interested I the psp conversions. I just bought my first psp from the amazon warehouse glitch the other night. Anyone have a list? I'd sincerely appreciate a list of the psp game and accessory conversions. I could really use a case as well.

*Sigh* A few days before I go to a store that has 4 of the Persona 2 LE's new, they convert them to to used.  I'm pretty sure they were all guts anyways,  I'm just afraid they're going to throw out the extra stuff and just keep the umd.

While some Gamestops certainly do that, I think an equal number actually keep them as is, some of them even keeping them sealed. That has been my experience anyway.

 
I picked up Persona 2 IS on PSP (The LE) when it converted to used. Shame the outer case was a little tore up.

almost picked up a few other conversions of Standard Edition games (Witch and the 100 Knights), but would never get around to them.
 
Looks like the Beyond Two Souls steelbook edition was converted on 4/3.

Saw three mint copies with stickers like they were converted.
