I don't have any Gamecrazy's near me. Also, Munch sent it to me. So that discludes other options.
Joe, here's what you do (I've known about this since August 07).
PSN IS finicky with the info, but you need to do one of two things:
-If you live in an apartment, PSN takes the apartment number on line 1, while the actual address is on line 2.
-The address you list MUST be the same as the one your bank has on file for your card. If the banks says you like on "oak st", and you write down "Oak St", it will call it invalid (because every time you purchase something, it does a verification to see if there's a match, and if there isn't, it will come up as invalid).
Hope that helps, but those are the two most common errors I've seen people make (most all the time, unless someone uses a P.O. Box or a REALLY weird address on file), and usually it fixes on the first try. I was shocked it worked for me on my first try. The good thing is you can easily delete CC info anytime on PSN, and not just overwrite it.
However now I don't use credit cards since I purchase a PSN Card at Meijer, Best Buy, or Wal-Mart.
EDIT: Budge, did you try sending me an IM yesterday with a link (I didn't click it for reasons)?
No... what did it say or what was it a link to?
