Name me a sequel that didn't have a cheesy subtitle.

Back to woork time, horray.
You were probably just being facetious, but hey... here you go, comedian.

Ninja Gaiden 2
Devil May Cry 2/4
God of War 2/3
Gears of War 2
Modern Warfare 2
Rock Band 2
etc.
Yep. Just about every game I pay full/slight sale retail for I play immediately and beat them(fuck you Ratchet Crack in Time :bomb:)
Hey, just send that R&C game my way. After I play it and send it back, maybe you'll want to attempt it again. ;)
Well shit, i figured they were cutting back production, just didn't know why.
Is this only netbook chips, or are we talking generic DDR2 RAM? Cause my fucking laptop needs 2 DIMMS of DDR2 and I don't want to pay out the ass for them. :(

Maybe the article's title will help?

'PC prices may rise'
Howdy all. Does anyone have a recommendation for a fairly inexpensive set of ear buds?

Woot has 2 for Tuesday today (Koss $9.99 + $5 for shipping):

www.woot.com

Just did my pre-order on Amazon w/ $10 credit from a previous purchase. And you've been burning the midnight oil lately eh? For something productive or because you're playing world of warcrack?

I pre-ordered a while ago with left over credit I think. And I got the Collectors Edition, so if I dont open it up for a while, meh...I can watch my "investment" climb, and then not sell it. ;)

A little bit of both...We have been having issues at work lately, and it's my turn to babysit the AS/400...so while I'm doing that, I'm Warcrafting.

Win/Win

Zew, are you going to Coachella this year?
Mojimbo, wanna play mw2 with me and brak?
I'll be back at like 2 or 3 cst.
Apparently, "Thom Yorke ????" is the name of Thom's new band.
The same band that Flea played in last year?

Oh man, the idea of hearing/seeing Corrine Bailey Rae in person

I'd love to see Gorillaz, De La Soul, and Them Crooked Vultures as well.

"What’s with all the question marks? No big mystery. Yorke is definitely playing Coachella on Sunday, April 18. His reps tell the Music Mix that he intends to perform with the same backing band he assembled for a handful of Los Angeles dates last fall (pictured) — Flea from the Red Hot Chili Peppers, producer Nigel Godrich, and seasoned session hands Joey Waronker and Mauro Refosco. Yorke never got around to naming the new band back then, resulting in some mysterious marquee displays around L.A., and now he’s decided to stick with the same question marks to indicate those guys’ presence."

Yes. I'm slightly disappointed that Atmosphere and Yeah Yeah Yeahs won't be there (as of yet). I was talking to my girlfriend about it and she really wants to go, so we'll be there.

No. I had to sell my ticket. I couldn't afford to go for the 3 days at the time.

I'm pissed. My friend said Atmosphere killed it and had the best show of the 3 days.

All you have to do is press the guide button and go back to the dashboard before the match ends. Plus, it's not going to be easy to end up in a match with someone who is doing the glitch.

This doesn't make sense... how can it be 10 years AFTER but you're the ORIGINAL...

Set about 10 years after the events of the critically acclaimed Bioshock, the sequel will return you to the undersea city of Rapture, this time as the original Big Daddy. This one is going to rock your diving boots off.
This doesn't make sense... how can it be 10 years AFTER but you're the ORIGINAL...
The Big Daddies in the first game were based off of the original prototype Big Daddy, which you play as in the sequel.

So someone came in, took over rapture, and rebuilt it? Yeah, that seems likely. And you're the original Big Daddy coming out of a coma or some shit with amnesia and looking for your little sister? This is fucking retarded. I liked it better when it was a prequel. :whistle2:?

I think it's some prototype model that is discovered or something. Not sure about that though.

What's complicated?

You are the original big daddy and you're playing 10 years after the events of the first game.

The big sister is one of the little sisters that was originally saved during the first game.

When was it a prequel? In your head?

As far as why the original big daddy is back in action, probably going to have to wait until the game is released to see the motivation.

So I'm going to trade in my copy of Tekken 6 to GS for Bayonetta. I'm debating on exchanging Bayonetta for Dante's Inferno when it comes out...I guess I better try out the Bayonetta demo again before I decide.

No, it takes places some time after with some parts having flooded with more chaos going on and this prototype BD awakens to get to the bottom of what is up with the Big Sisters that have taken little girls from the real world. The MP is where the prequel stuff happens.

It was originally dubbed a "prequel" in the media before they released any real details of the "story" and it was revealed that players would assume the role of "the original big daddy", I believe.
Either that or people took the details of the "prequel" portion of multiplayer and combined it with "the original big daddy" bit to figure the whole thing was a prequel.

I'm definitely less excited by the premise of the story now that I've read up on it. :(

Edit:

Back in October of 2008, 2K developer, Charles Schechbeck, said this sequel is also part prequel.
"BioShock 2: Sea of Dreams is part of a prequel and at the same time is a sequel, so you’re kind of close on the interpretation of the trailer."

So apparently, after I stopped reading up on Bioshock 2 news regularly, they leaked enough details to say the MP was prequel and SP was sequel.
