Went to the impact house show friday night in pensacola, pretty fun time.. prob about 1200-1500 people there. Met Jeff Hardy, Madison Rayne and So Cal Val (who is smoking hot in person as is Madison) at direct auto earlier that day. They had a pretty good turnout there also, filmed some video there that's supposed to either go online or on TV. Jeff was cool, very friendly. Madison didn't seem like she wanted to be there.
 
CM Punk is currently touring a WWE warehouse or something.

Apparently it was for an upcoming DVD (not sure if it's his DVD or not). I would love to take a tour through that warehouse.

I came close to going but my work weeks kick my ass so I decided to eat dinner out and just hang out at my apartment for the night.

If it had been a TV taping I probably would've gone.

Poor Flair. I realize that he made his bed and now he has to lie in it but I don't hold his douchiness to be at the same level as Hogan's. I really enjoyed his last WWE run and he had some pretty good matches at the time. His ECW Championship match against The Big Show was brutal and great.

I like Ric Flair. Ya know how Steve Austin beat his wife? Not Ric Flair. Quite the opposite. Dude gets used for money and beat by his wife. I feel bad for the guy. He made some poor financial decisions, and it's probably the only reason why he works for TNA.

I don't like to overuse the "I'll shit myself" reaction like you see a lot online, but if Rock's surprise tomorrow that he hinted at for Raw in Philadelphia is a Stallone appearance and Rocky and Rocky appear together, I will indeed probably soil myself. Only reason I even suggest that is because he hashtagged Eye of the Tiger.

Probably getting my hopes up too much and it'll just be a video of a Cena lookalike not being able to run up the stairs at the museum or whatever, but we'll see. That exterior shot of the arena in Philly that they did on Raw like 10+ years ago that showed the Rocky statue and then slowly pulled out to reveal The Rock standing there was probably in my top 10 favorite things in wrestling. Ever.

Edit - forget it. WWE would probably never let a noteworthy celebrity be a "surprise" on their show, they'd be plugging the fuck out of it for days in advance.

I think it's in Milford, CT - 3PL Worldwide. They used to have it in Monroe, CT when I was a kid as once in awhile, they'd clear stuff out and sell it (like figs) and then I think it moved to Shelton before Milford. The WCW Thunder sign was awesome.

I watched the PPV last night, Aries/Ion was good. Hardy/Angle was an excellent match, both guys brought their a game last night.
 
Cena was on the local morning show today. Pretty fun interview overall, you can really get a feel for the guy being smart and likeable. Which really underscores how much the overproduction of WWE programming hinders the wrestlers and the product.

If it's legit, then Vince is probably still sweating bullets because car accident injuries don't always show up right away.
 
Thank goodness it wasnt HBk in a car accident. Dude would be late for 'Mania cause he would be flopping around on the street selling whiplash like he was wrasslin Hogan.
 
WWE.com changed the story as initially it was stating that Cena's car was rear ended by a tractor trailer:

WWE.com has learned that John Cena has been involved in a three-car accident in Philadelphia. The SUV the WWE Superstar was traveling in was reportedly rear ended by a Honda Civic, which was rear ended by a tractor trailer.

Cena is scheduled to meet with WWE medical personnel when he arrives at Philadelphia’s Wells Fargo Center for tonight’s WWE Raw SuperShow event.

In less than two weeks, Cena will face The Rock at WrestleMania XXVIII in the most anticipated bout in WWE history. The effect this accident will have on the Cenation leader remains to be seen. WWE.com will stay with this story as it develops.
 
The driver was in too much of a hustle, apparently.

Maybe Cena will show up tonight and accuse Rikishi of the car accident. Perhaps he will mention that he looked down at his wrist for directions.....

While I can understand how Rikishi's loyalty to the Rock makes your joke funny, you've obviously got no respect for the situation.
 
You know it's a bad show when the recap videos are longer than the matches.

And wow, this thread has more Hulk Hogan videos than the previous thread.

This seems to be what happened:

Former WWE, WCW and ECW star Shane Douglas made a surprise appearance in the audience of Monday's RAW Supershow from Philadelphia.

Douglas appeared during the Kane vs. Big Show match. He was ringside and wore a lucha libre mask and white t-shirt. He took the shirt off to reveal a black & yellow Franchise t-shirt and removed the mask to reveal his identity. He screamed a bunch of stuff and tried to get the audience to notice him. Not many people in the crowd appeared to know/care what was going on.

Not all of the stunt was shown on television. After Big Show speared Kane, a white t-shirt can be seen being thrown in the audience.

Shortly after the outburst, he fled the ringside area and left the arena.
