I don't think it's out of line to mention outloud "Hey, this person clearly doesn't want to follow the rules, and we should take action to remove that bad element," while also maybe telling the mods around here - the same ones who said they'd not interfere - that the guys bitching are the same ones causing all the trouble to begin with. When there's a cadre of the same three or four people making blatantly NO attempt to put forth anything beyond NO U posts, I fail to see why we should have to put up with it. It's not even a question of ideological differences - it's one person asking for debate and the other eating playdoh straight out of the canister.
