Badge crafting is a sickness. My god. Trading away coupons for more cards. The worst thing I've ever done was sign up for that card beta.

However, I have come across a couple timewaster games that are pretty fun. Triple Town, addictive as all get out.

I second this opinion. They have at least 15 of my dollars from portable platform tables (mostly Marvel and Star Wars).

 
If you missed it the first time, Indie Royale is rerunning the bundle that had Really Big Sky which is a trading card game.

It also has the always cheap Breath of Death VII and Cthulhu Saves the World along with Runespell: Overture and Eufloria.

It's single player only. Games sold in 3 or 4 packs typically are done so because they offer multiplayer.

For what it's worth I liked the game. It's fairly simple and easy and won't win over those who don't like TD. When the cards were added I made ~$9, but by the time I sold that last card the value had already dropped a lot from the first couple.

Groupees Retro. Also had a $1 PWYW promo a while back. It's in no way rare, but maybe less people have it than the other games, since the others were Humble Bundled/Weeklied.

Can't say for sure. The last time I tried it, I got NO drops, but that may have been the steam server screwing up, and not from running more than 1 game.

Got a question about Brutal Legend. It's only $6.70ish right now on Amazon and I'm thinking about pulling the trigger. However, if I activate it, i'll never be able to upgrade to the soundtrack edition in the future right? I might spend the extra $2 to do this.

I often open up multiple games at the same time; cards are still dropped as normal.

Aaannd.. all I have is Super Meat Boy.. oh well.. fired it up!  I knew I'd someday at least partially regret not beating the average on the DoubleFine HB.. but oh well. :)
