Guess the coffee was the only thing perking today?
I wouldn't call it a highlight, actually. More of a low point.
Hehe, well, there were 'other' perky things but I don't think that's what you were talkin' about.
So how many dates did you get?
On a side note, I always noticed the girls working at the Barnes and Noble cafe are always very pretty. I wonder if that's on the application?
No dates but I DID get 2 phone numbers. I had to wait for one of them to finish her shift before I could hit on the other one though.

And I don't know if it's on the application but it SHOULD be.

I think it might be true for Abercrombie & Fitch and Express however. Everyone there is nothing short of stunningly hot.
Hard to lose money if you can afford to sit on property for years and you don't bet on the wrong city or part of it.
Yup. But it's not much of a bet if you can see the building migration patterns of the city (which are conveniently available at your local courthouse

). Big cities tend to spread out at about a mile annually so it's easy to predict where money is going. I'll tell ya right now Houston is a growth city. I've got one project down there and if all goes to plan, it should be worth a 'decent' chunk of change (and that's a gross understatement  ).
