Hehe, I'm actually prepared for the bubble to burst. That's the best time to buy. I've been hoarding some reserve $$$ just for this event.:cool: Real estate is difficult to lose money in. Get greedy, of course, you'll lose money but if you've prepared for both bull and bear markets, then it's all good. :bouncy:

Hard to lose money if you can afford to sit on property for years and you don't bet on the wrong city or part of it.

No dates but I DID get 2 phone numbers. I had to wait for one of them to finish her shift before I could hit on the other one though. :bouncy: And I don't know if it's on the application but it SHOULD be. :drool: I think it might be true for Abercrombie & Fitch and Express however. Everyone there is nothing short of stunningly hot.

Yup. But it's not much of a bet if you can see the building migration patterns of the city (which are conveniently available at your local courthouse;):cool: ). Big cities tend to spread out at about a mile annually so it's easy to predict where money is going. I'll tell ya right now Houston is a growth city. I've got one project down there and if all goes to plan, it should be worth a 'decent' chunk of change (and that's a gross understatement :lol: ).

Sometimes I look around in vs. mode, and it's a much more enjoyable experience with all the known idiots silenced. Besides, they do wander out of their pens from time to time. :lol:
 
You know...Despite having some amazingly cool voices, Steve Blum and Crispin Freeman look amazingly uncool. Guess that's why they do voice work.
 
I've got a total of five people blocked, all for some form of blatant stupidity.

LiLangeLPrincess got on the list for the alternating caps/lowercase typing, even though she/he seems to have both stopped typing like that and stopped posting. bostonfrontier is on because of his homophobic comments and his daily complaining in the EB update thread.

I try not to let people on the site bother me, but I'm not going to listen to racism or prejudiced babble..
 
I generally ignore on the first offense, so I rarely remember if it was because they said something I didn't agree with (racist, homophobic, etc) or just general stupidity. :lol:

It makes it hard to clean out the list when you don't know why they're on it in the first place. I really should at least check for banned users. :lol:
 
Argh! Whose idea was it to put so many versions of that damn unicycle game into FtM! I'm up to the second iteration...It was annoying as all hell the first time, and now there's no way I can skip it like I did the first one...

Whether or not it's the case, I think some people don't feel a drive to collect whatever attention they can, be it positive or negative.
