Crippled Kevin Nash can barely walk without injuring himself. Remember his last stint in WWE? He blew his knee out in a tag match by entering the ring.
He was pretty durable in TNA - I don't remember him suffering anything major aside from that nasty elbow infection, or somehow coming down with a heart attack symptom when he was going to do a job. That cleared up pretty quickly, amazingly enough. In the ring, it's Nash - the guy was never known for being a five-star worker. He was there to work like a giant, and he was still able, on occasion, to have some good matches in TNA. He had a fantastic one on Impact against Angle, a good one with Foley on PPV for the Legendary Global TV Title, and a good one against AJ on Impact.
He'd be fine as a guy in a part-time legends role. He'd be PERFECT for the old school Raw coming up. He wants to face 'Taker at 'Mania, and I certainly would to - easy high six/low seven figure payday, and WWE is desperate for stars right now. He picked a great time to not re-sign with TNA, because WWE will be more open to spending money on older talent than they were before in order to make the new guys into bigger stars. I don't know if I like the idea of him in the Rumble - he couldn't top his 9 or whatever it was eliminations in the '90s, and if they were going to have anyone do that spot now, it should be Sheamus. I think they could bring him in, have him beat a few Ryders of the world, and then have him face Sheamus to further cement him as a serious threat.
