Obviously, Elin Woods hasn't really thought about it... if she left him, she would get alot more than just the pre nup when you factored in that she is a stay at home mom and they have 2 kids together under the age of 18. Granted, being that Elin most likely beat up Tiger, Florida has strick spousal abuse laws... that she might not really have too many options.

thats the thing did he ever say he was perfect or squeaky clean? if he said it then he deserves to get ripped but last i heard thats just what people "assumed" about him. in the end its a good thing for him that it hapened its times like these you see the people around you and their true colors tend to show. now he can see real friends and fake ones better.

The scrutiny this is getting is just getting beyond ridiculous.

Sportscenter all morning (had it on in the background while doing some work before a conference call) has been going on and on about a woman being taken away from Tiger's house in an ambulance in the middle of the night.

Obviously all kinds of things being implied their. Now it turns out it was his mother in law, with unknown health issues.

Give them some damn privacy already!

At this point Tiger should just accept the fact he screwed up, accept the divorce, pay whatever support the court decides, and stop trying to salvage his image. It's brokern beyond repair and just accepting it is the only recourse that will make him look like less of an ass.

I feel sorry for Elin and those kids. Even this picture looks manufactured to make the family look perfect to further Tiger's image. He threw away everything with those kids and his wife for the mighty triangle hunt across the globe.

True. But cheating sucks and destroys families in all classes.

I feel much worse for those in the lower classes who it happens to, and have all the financial stress to deal with on top of the emotional issues. It's a double whammy for them.

Sucks for Tiger's wife and kids as well, but at least they'll never have to worry about money. Though I agree the fame angle makes it much worse on them in the long run. Hopefully it will have largely blown over by the time their old enough to pay attention to the media.
