I hate to privy at all into people's personal lives, but i found out that *allegedly* Tiger was scared that she was going to take the kids to her native country of Norway and basically have them be citizens there.

Although, I'm not 100% sure on this, but I think that in certain states, if you've been living with someone you're in a relationship with for a certain period of time (like 10 years or so) you're considered married (or something like that), even if you never made it official.
