http://www6.toysrus.com/our/tru/pro...mail/Save20.cfm - 20% off coupon. It says that it can't be used on video game hardware, but it doesn't say that it excludes video game software.

Valid May 11-21

http://www6.toysrus.com/our/tru/prom/2005WelcomeEmail/Save10.cfm - 10 off a $50 purchase. Again excludes use on video game hardware but no where mentions software.

Valid May 11-21
Scans of the coupons

http://24.188.105.178:770/coupon/10.htm - Scan of the $10 off $50 purchase coupon for those that can't get the other links to work.

Also, remember that if you can't get the links to work to bring up the coupon then all you have to do is go and delete all of your cookies and history and it should work.

Thanks to Roufuss and SOSTrooper for prividing the links.

Please, oh please good Lord... when I get my paycheck Friday, may you find it in the kindness of your heart to have a copy of Shin megami Tensi still in stock at the local TRU.

Last time I was there they had several copies (5+) still in stock for $50. I've waited paitiently for a TRU coupon, and so very much wish to posess a copy. So if you could make sure to leave a copy there for me I would greatly appreciate it. Amen.

Thanks for the coupon!

Aw, man. I just bought some stuff from TRU last night. Of course, the most expensive item was Rainbow Six 3 (PS2) for $1.48, so the coupons wouldn't have helped much. Thanks OP.
why do they exclude hardware?
Because they don't want people to use the coupons on hardware. Seriously, the profit margins on game hardware are so slim, allowing any sort of a discount would mean selling for less than cost.

Using the 20% off coupon on SMT: Digital Devil Saga would make it $44. Not a bad price, considering my local Best Buy doesn't have it.

Thanks OP, I'll be using this tomorrow. Hopefully they'll still have what I wanted in stock. If not, I'll find something, like a megaman figure, I could use the metallic quickman.

Thanks, hiccupleftovers.

Stupid Question: Will they accept the coupon if it's in black and white? I have no color cartridge in my printer right now. Would anyone know the answer to this admittedly stupid question? Thanks.

Stupid answer: Yes, they'll take a b&w print.

If they don't take it, give em hell. As long as the numbers on the barcode are readable they should take it. Ive done it many times before.
Apparently the two coupons CAN be combined, read the fine print.
I read it differently. They both state that they can be used in conjunction with a manufacturer coupon. Neither states that it can (or can not) be used with another TRU coupon, so YMMV.

Thank you.

Thank you doubly.

Hmm interesting, although cant I argue that these coupons are manufactured because I printed them, not saying your wrong just trying to find a way here.

They should allow you to use a B&W copy of it. As long as it is the same numbers and barcode. There should be no difference and of course not everyone has a color printer. I know that that's how I printed the free RZ membership coupon at BB didn't have any problem with it.

If you say that you manufactured them wouldn't they say then that they are illegal to be used in their store:lol:

I know I was thinking about it, well I guess it all comes down to what I find in the store, if I dont find any dvds that I want Ill go for the game section.

I'll have to see if the coupon works. I already bought Stella Dues and Digital Devil Saga, well worth full price, so I'll probably get Forza or Musashi: Samurai Legend.

Thanks, and I dont think the Toys R Us is a manufacturer of any video games, so if you had an EA coupon (for example, dont know of any) then you can combine them. But you'd be lucky to combine both of these.
I messed up and now I cant print it again. Can anyone post this coupon or something?
Couldn't you just click on the link again? Why can't you print it?
Couldn't you just click on the link again? Why can't you print it?
I think there is something on the website that prevents you from printing the coupon twice.

Really? I just went to the website and did ctrl-P and had it make it two copies. I can still get back to site now and print copies.

Edit: I'll host the pic in a second Xevious.

Oh o.k. then.
Oh o.k. then.
Your help is appreciated though. And thanks for the cool deal!

clear your cookies and history and junk if it is not letting you print again, I guess toys R us thinks internet users are a bunch of retards

Sweet! Thanks Hiccup!

Problem is... I have no money.:whistle2:(

LOL I just love the part about "Only one coupon per customer may be printed and redeemed during the valid coupon dates" being outside of the coupon cutout lines so that the clerk would never know it (unless you left that part in).:p
Apparently the two coupons CAN be combined, read the fine print.
that would be sweet if true.

Just got back from TRU with Digital Devil Saga for $44. Been looking for a deal on this one and finally got one. Thanks for the coupon hiccupleftovers!

I tried clearing the cookies. It didnt work. I am guessing that it has something to do with the IP address although I am no expert.

I used it to buy the Tekken 5 official guide book... 20% off = like $3 and it put the price down to $14.something... not that great of a deal. I was thinking about getting THUG2 along with it and then a coke or something as filler but I figured it wasn't worth it... I've been spending too much anyway. What I was really looking for was KOF2k3 but they didn't have it :(
IF they let me combine both of these I might be able to get Forza for $30.
That sounds like an idea, but I higly doubt they'll do that.

I was saving my credit vouchers towards stuff that won't be out for several months, like an Xbox 360, but this means I should check for anything especially tempting right now.

Clearning out the cookies worked for me... I also got it to work using FireFox.

If you have one printed out, just print out more coupons.
