Good match sir...your pressure game was really bothering me, especially in the second round..thats why I was shooting takedowns...something I dont do alot of... I was also trying to be cautious even when I rocked you because I have a bad habit of getting too wild and then getting cracked for it....your guy was resilient though...I rocked you several times and you kept coming back.

That was a good fight to watch, Apathy definitely was the agressor, so I can see why you went for the takedowns. I'm kinda the same way.
 
I love that we have 3 different guys in here recording fights. It makes me want to never schedule myself, moojuice, and shotgunshine to fight each other just so we have more videos, lol. ;)

Got killed this time, couldn't get distance from Matt like I am more comfortable with. By the time I decided I should probably take the fight to the ground, it was waaay to late.

First part is worth watching at 4:00 just for a couple double knee strikes

You fought good but just got caught a couple of times...plus you got cut early and I think you take faster head damage when that happens.

Been a busy weekend for me as well! I am free week day evenings. Maybe tomorrow we can get it done?

One of the better matches I've had online. Lots of good transition blocking, and a few surprise knock downs. Scoring a takedown was a tough one here, and Big Business got one in the third, GNP'd to victory.

Heavyweight title = most fickle title by far :)

2 time heavyweight champ! I really had to work for it though.

That was a great match wezzul. I was definitely losing and you were frustrating me bad. You got me thinking about the leg kicks then bam, i'd get nailed with a front kick to the face. You kept me guessing with the kicks and the takedowns and I couldn't get my game going. I knew I had to get you down or I was probably going to be toast. Again, great fight and im sure i'll be playing you soon.

How about tonight (Wednesday) at 7 PM EST? Or is anytime after 7 EST good for you? I tried to catch you today, but looks like we've had bad luck getting our schedules to coincide :( I literally just missed you by minutes it looked like.

Very good fight man, got very interesting towards the end.
The whole fight is a really good fight to watch IMO, but if you don't watch the whole thing make sure to check out around 7:33, kburns basically narrowly escapes death lol.

Haha yeah I'd say pretty evenly matched fight until the end when I dove in and could have been killed lol

Quick update. Just found out I'm to be a godfather so I have to attend some church talks tonight. I should be available at 9 Est. 10 the latest. Let me know if that time works for you

Edit: Nevermind my last post. Misunderstood and the talks are on another date. I'll be on at 7 pm est like previously agreed upon

Good deal. I might be a little late, just have to run to Home Depot real quick before they close. I'll try to be back by 7 though. Might be 15 minutes or so late though, depending on how busy they are. They're about a mile away though, so shouldn't take long at all.

EDIT: Even better! Congrats on the Godfather thing. 9 - 10 ish works fine. :) Now I won't have to rush on the Home Depot-ness! Ha.

Good fight. I thought I had him after rocking him the 2nd time, but somehow I got dominated in the clinch and took a knee to the face that knocked me down. Survived being rocked, he took side control, and 3 hammerfists later I went to sleep. Pretty pissed my guy's chin went weak . . . but hey, it'll make for a great 3rd fight clincher down the line.

Sad to see the title go, but at least it went deservedly. I'll post end result screenshot later.

Maybe that single knee to the head counted as 8? Ha! I could've sworn you didn't throw that many kicks / knees that landed, but you did throw 3 body knees in a row that hit definitely. And the one wrecking knee to the face that turned the fight completely upside down for my guy :(
 
Scorch and I our finally getting our fight done in about 20 minutes. I had to bail on our Tuesday meeting, and he couldn't play yesterday, so here we are. Sorry for the delay.

All right, guys! The card for CAGFC XXX: PRIDE is now up! As several of you speculated, we will be doing our first Pride style tournament! I considered lumping everybody into one weight class, but it just got confusing with the number of members we have, members with multiple fighters, etc. So, instead, we'll have two brackets.

Our Heavyweights and Light Heavyweights have been grouped together, and will compete in the Heavyweight division. What this means for the Light Heavyweights is that they'll just need to edit their fighter and move his weight division up. I thought about having our Heavyweights drop down, but then under Pride rules, that technically makes them Middleweights, and again...confusing. For the Welterweights, you don't have to do anything. Just fight! Fights should be set up under the Pride game mode, for a length of 3 rounds, and with simulation stamina and equalized stats.

What I would LOVE to do is to host at least a part of the tournament in a Live XBLA Party setting. I don't know how feasible this will be considering the specific matchups, but let's just see how many people are available Saturday evening. I'm thinking 8 PM EST, but I'm flexible with the time depending on what everyone else's availability is like. If it's just not doable, I understand, and obviously, the fights can be done the way we normally do them. I just wanted to throw the idea of a real time tournament out there.

That sounds like a good idea. At least get one of the fights out of the way. That way, if you win, you can continue with the group on Saturday. If he wins, it's still one less fight to get through. I like it.
 
Any issues if I use Ronald MDonald inatead Ayala since he is alreay my HW?

Also, Weezul, since ill be out until late tommorrow, if you're available tonight I might be able to get our fight in tonight so if ypu win, the tournament wont have to wait on me
