Meh I love the ease of downloadable games but not being able to resell them just kills me.

Tiger woods 09 rocks btw. I am very tempted to have this be a day one purchase.
 
Burnout Paradise was..oops, IS a hell of a game. The first burnout I ever picked up and I was hooked. Excellent update this week but they should have balanced it out and gotten some of these goodies to us a week ago.
 
Just curious, anyone know why the add on for SC:IV didn't come out this week? I saw it in the JPN PSN but not in the US one. Also, anyone know who the voice is for the Mirror's Edge trailer? I'm thinking its Lucy Liu but not sure.

Feel the same way. I do like the ability to sell/trade a game whenever I get the urge. If they made the download version actually cheaper than retail then I might be more tempted but I think I'll be sticking to disc based when given the chance.

Has anyone released figures of how many videos sell/are rented each week. Does being number 2 mean 10 people rented it or 10,000.
 
I downloaded the NHL 2K9 demo - They have improved this game from last year but is still miles away from EA NHL in terms of animation. The animations (at least in the demo) were robotic, glitchy, and were not smooth.

The controls felt weak as well, no real sense of speed in speed burst and I'll be honest the Skill Stick from EA NHL is far better. The only flaw with the Skill Stick was defense in EA NHL, hopefully they fixed that this year because I got rid of 08 far too quickly because of it.

I liked the opening intro in Detroit's arena, that is something EA lacked highly last year (presentation), but the gameplay in the 2K9 demo was pure bland.

I did buy Bionic Commando after playing the demo and have to say it was a decent pickup. I wanted to wait on it to see if it would be included in a future $4.99 sale but with it being a Capcom game available on both systems I was doubting such a thing would happen. I want to buy 1942 Joint Strike but not quite yet.

I've been enjoying crash 3 and am about to buy the second one.
Why is the first crash over 200 megs more than the second and third?

The only 2 things confirmed are the star wars demo & R&C Quest for Booty.

For anyone wanting the star wars demo just go and get it off the europe store if you don't want to wait

Just played through the Force Unleashed demo (thanks Euro account!). It was a heck of a lot of fun - throwing everything around may never get old.

I'm not sure that it's going to turn out to be as good as the hype would make you believe (nothing new there) but I'll definitely be picking this up. My only thought now is to see how the Wii version turns out...yeah, I like waggle.

can anyone update me on what the Fantasy Score tracker is? Can you edit it to track the players you have etc? I wonder how in-depth they are b/c it seems like a cool feature esp if I'm in a fantasy league. Or am I mistaken and this is for like Madden 09 add-on for those fantasy teams.. or something lol.

You should be fine if playing on an HDTV since it's upscaled, otherwise, yes, they're in PAL.

As Myke has pointed out time and time again, why are we getting fucked in NA on the PSOne front? I would sooooooo love to get G-Police and Fade to Black.

I was so disappointed with the bioshock one, I found one on the ps3 themes site that has like 5-7 different backgrounds W/the siren theme icons. I thought this was way better than the "official" one..
