What's in the PS Store (5/31/16): Neon Chrome, Oxenfree, Primal, There Came an Echo, Plague Inc, & More!

i downloaded the 1942 demo and the bionic commando one and they are both really fun

Problem is I tried to download the battlefield demo and the ratchet demo and neither one of them will work. They each took a whole week to download so you can see how upsetting this is. I wonder if I tried to download the full ratchet game it could possibly take a month.

I will not just leave my ps3 on to download something so the only time it downloads at a decent speed is if I am playing something I bought at the playstation store like a demo or crash 3. If I play a ps3 disc the download rate is abismal. My ps3 already runs hot and I swear it makes cracking noises now and then so why would I have it on more than I need to right.

And Jeane d arc at a 23 dollar download? I could have got it the week it came out for 20 with the case and the manuel.

i thought the bioshock theme looked kinda crap but thats just my opinion though and i will buy ratchet on Blu-ray i rather have BR thank PSN i have decided

Damn when is the US store going to get more then the first SC4 DLC? Japan is up too number 3 now. Yeah I'm a CAS whore so it's like a swift kick in the pants to me.

What's the 3rd set? And yes, I'm ready for tons of new costume parts! I want a beret for male characters, for example. Some SC2 songs would be nice, too.

Edit: Nevermind, just saw the images. It's just more of the premium edition parts, though. Where's the new stuff, Namco??

I just want some f'n GTA IV wallpapers/themes or something to liven up the PS3's blah original color scheme. But it seems like we have everything BUT that and unfortunately my PS3's browser doesn't wanna seem to surf over the the Rockstar games site for GTA IV.

Everything's up now.

NFL Head Coach for $50? WTH? Um...not only is it not attractive at $50 on retail, but it's even less attractive as a $50 downloadable.

That's the retail price for it.

Edit: Looks like the MotorStorm: PR Demo that's supposed to be in this episode of Qore isn't even available for download until next week, so it's not really worth it to download right now.

None of the retail games on the PS Store are cheaper than their retail version, so where'd you get the idea that this wouldn't follow suit.
There is a GTAIV theme. Can't quite remember where I found it though.

Edit: I think this is it.
I don't suppose there's any way to just dl it directly to the PS3 and skip the flash drive step, namely since I don't have a flash drive. This is the only thing that irks me about the PS3, is that you can surf the net with it, but you can't just dl themes/wallpapers directly to it. :bomb:

Thanks anyway though.

You can download themes and wallpaper straight to the PS3 with the web browser, as I've done it before. Either click on the download links for any of the usual PS3 theme sites and wallpapers just need you to put the cursor over the wallpaper and select "save this image" from the browser menu.
Downloads should always be cheaper than their retail counterparts IMO.
Would be nice, but never gonna happen. Retailers would get all pissy.

the Ultimates thing is a bit random but I'm not complaining... genna watch it since I use to be an avid reader but lost interest once it went into the second part of the comics.
where is thr next part of the dead space mini's? grr
They're done... the next part is the game.
There was no "To Be Continued" at the end of the last one.

I just recently watched them all and they were pretty interested.
I might try Pure, but I'd rather get the Motorstorm PR demo. :p
Same.

MS looks to be what they wanted the first game to be.

I'd probably pay $3 or whatever for Qore to play the demo.

Considering I've been buying every Qore episode so far (I didn't expect to ever buy more than one or two) I might as well get the subscription.

It's not worth it until next week since the demo's not available until then.

Then I'll wait I guess :p

Looking at this thread reminds me I still need to get Quest For Booty.

Do they test these fucking themes??! I bought this episode of Qore (mostly) for the LBP theme and can't even see shit on the XMB because of the white font. As far as I know there's no way to change the font color on the XMB, amirite?

Back to KZ2 I guess... bastards!

I made a neat discovery this morning as I was web surfing from my ps3. I copied an image of the Transformers generation one 20th anniversary litho, saved it to my ps3 and have it as my wallpaper now.

The litho is a bit 'busy' but looks really nice as wallpaper. I'm having a blast experimenting with the PS3. I also dl'd the GTA IV theme that someone mentioned yesterday, which looks really nice too. Thanks for the help.

However, I just determined that you can't have the TF wallpaper and the GTA theme(which includes wallpaper as well, I'm guessing). Ahhh well, I'll switch back to the litho later as my wallpaper.

Only problem with using the litho as the wallpaper is that I had to crop the image a bit.

You can use a theme with different wallpaper. First you need to select the GTAIV theme and then change the wallpaper to whatever you want. Don't do it the other way around.

I had the Rainbow theme icons with the MGS4 wallpaper for the longest time.

I just started to mess with it last night/this morning. It was the first time I actually tried messing with anything besides saves and what not, but I'm definitely happy with the fact that I can save stuff I want to use as my wallpaper as a photo on my PS3, then simply make it the wallpaper.

The possibilities are seemingly endless.

Well there is a part 5 on Gametrailers, but all I can find are 1-4 on the PSN... Is 5 up somewhere else then?? Templesmith is one of my fav artists and I've been holding off watching it on GT so I could see it on my TV.

It's on there, has been for well over a month... I think it's titled dev diary 5 though... Kinda stupid way to name it, since the other 4 weren't named that way.

I must be missing it, how are you accessing it via the store? I'm going to "View all by title" "D Browse" then "Dead Space". I see dev diary 1 and 5, but the ones in the middle are missing... and 5 actually is a video diary.

Wow...
So... Yeah...
I looked and just now saw that it is a six parter...
Like I said... I downloaded those a long time ago and didn't realize that.
The end to four seemed like it was the end.
Also... what I was thinking about dev diary 5 was because there were no dev diary's 2-4.

If you're wondering, you can play the Aerosmith demo with the RB guitar.

Edit: Nevermind, you can navigate the menus just fine, but after trying to play a song, the orange button acted as a strummed red button and the green button acted as a strummed orange button, which is all that works with the RB guitar.

Does anyone know how to get the $5 code to export all the Rock Band songs to the hard-drive ? I can't fnd it on the network, also if I export to the HD, will I still need the disc ? I want to trade it in before the value goes down. Thanks
On the 360 version you start up the game and go to the option menu and select Export.
Oh sorry, I need it for the PS3, they said it was $5, but I cant find it on PSN.
It's a patch that automatically downloads when you play the game, which should add the option to the game's menu.
It added the export songs to the option menu, but is says I have to get a license key from the playstation network, but I can't find a place to buy the "key" on PSN.

goddammit... I have waiting for this to finish downloading hoping I could try it out. That sucks!

I just bought Jeopardy!. Does that make me a sucker? Why is there no public outcry for this being 15 bucks, like with Braid? I love Jeopardy!, though, so I paid. Hopefully it's good!

I think the outrage over Braid was that people wanted to buy it. ;)

I'm mildly interested in Jeopardy, but I'll wait to see it either on sale in the PSN Store, or bundled with DLC for its current going price. $15 isn't something, I think, to get outraged about - but it certainly is more than I'm willing to pay for it. If that makes sense.
