 Not just "bad", but "deeply unpleasant".
I wish they'd post a picture of the guy who made that determination.

And 12 hours between posts?!?!? You guys are Lazy!

And Green Bay got robbed. I can't imagine how much money Vegas is losing on NFL betting. I bet someone from "the Casino's" is going to show up in New York at the commissioners office and then a settlement will be announced shortly after.

Books probably love the madness in the NFL. Chaos favors the books. And I've seen many-a-bettor bury themselves last Sunday. People tend to lay chalk on favorites close to even money. Green Bay was around -120, for instance, and, in my observation, a lot of people threw juice at the line. Amongst my peers, very few bet the Seahawks ML (around +125) or in the spread. Considering the instability of the present NFL product, only those with big rolls can afford to play. Most have made the decision to simply avoid all NFL action.

I've been at work or asleep for the past 12 hours!

And now to spend my one day off until the weekend catching up on laundry and running to Target and Costco.

While you are at Target, pick up the Avengers 3D Blu-Ray...it's ringing up 19.99. Comes with 3D Blu, regular Blu, DVD, Digital DL, Soundtrack and Target exclusive Bonuses.
Interview with Amazon Thursday or Friday. Pay is great but not too excited about the job.
The distribution center in Allentown, PA was on the news recently for being compared to a sweat shop.

And now they charge tax in PA.

Not sure what this has to do with your interview...good luck with that.

A job is a job is a job. Sometimes you just have to put up with shit before better comes along. Remember how I used to post about how shitty my jobs were? Now I have an awesome gig that pays great. You just have to keep looking until you find what you're looking for. Took me six years, but it happened.

I'm bitching without reason really. But Amazon has a job that I do actually want that would actually pay more but I haven't heard from it yet. I just want to get something with some actual designing and programming as opposed to just testing again.

Either way, gonna take it if I get it because double my current pay is insane.

On Monday, Mitt Romney offered a remedy to the problem that caused his wife’s airplane to land prematurely last week: Allow passengers to roll down the airplane windows. Ann Romney’s plane was grounded Friday after the main cabin filled with smoke. The small electrical fire caused no injuries, but apparently did cause the Presidential candidate to forget the dangers of altitude.

“When you have a fire in an aircraft, there’s no place to go, exactly,” he told the LA Times. “And you can’t find any oxygen from outside the aircraft to get in the aircraft, because the windows don’t open. I don’t know why they don’t do that. It’s a real problem.”
Air crafts do not open windows because the cabins are pressurized to fly safely at an altitude of tens of thousand feet. Opening a window in an airplane would seriously sicken the passengers and crew.
What the fuck.

All this talk of jobs keeps reminding me that the Canon call center here in Chesapeake is having a job fair this Sat. I have two friends that work there all ready and have said that I'm a shoe in to get hired. just need to get my resume in order.

Been mulling over applying for over a month anyhow...

He also wants companies to make bungee cords big enough so he can strap his dog to the top of the plane next time he heads somewhere.

I could easily do what I'm doing for the next 30 years until I retire. There's no need to get rid of me. There's little room for advancement, however.

I'd like to watch the Avengers movie. Isn't it like 2 and half hours long? It's usually 9:30 after we get the kids in bed, everything picked up and stuff set up for tomorrow. And then to stay up till midnight? And not get any game time? Must be one hell of a movie.

I'd like to work at Amazon. Would feel more prestigious/important than this. Could I get paid in books?
Should I purchase Crysis for 800 msp? Ive never played it.
I'd do it, I loved the first Crysis. Does that inlcude Warhead? If not, you should definitely get that also if it's available.
Yes sir. Every day. Why do you ask?
The whole sour shoes cumming in his pants made me wonder if anyone who posted in the Howard Stern still listened. The Howard Stern thread is pretty dead so I figured I would ask in here.

Oh you mean with his doctor or he does that in the studio? I'm at the start of that show right now. He's coming in late where I'm at now and he's unpacking his instruments. That guy is a nut but I love him. His Gary and Ferrel impressions are amazing.

Tempted to get uncharted 3 from that gamefly sale for $13. May just hold out hope for a cheaper price on black friday.

I was talking about when it happens in studio and how he sits in it for 2 plus hours. I saw this earlier but didn't want to ruin it for you.

Wendy's Bacon Portabella Melt doesn't look too bad. Hope it comes in a double though.

So wish I could go places other than fast food for a burger...

Anyone catch South Park last night. I had to turn it off when Cartman looked in Butter's closet and started coveting what was inside. Didn't think I could handle what was coming next.
Afternoon, OTT.
No, it's still morning. Earlier start for work over the next couple days. Get to be home in time to put the kids into bed.
This never equates into extra game playing time for some reason.
I'd like to just finish Mass Effect so I could move on to something else. I don't want to quit it, just finish it.
