Who will win the NBA Championship?

Cashville Dez

CAGiversary!
Me personally, I believe that Houston is going to take it all the way. I guess because of the fact that I am a die-hard Tracy McGrady fan.

I couldn't tell you. I haven't watched basketball since the Bulls dynasty split up. I don't even know what my choices are!

on the condition that O'neal stays healthy I think the heat will take it. A pissed off Shaq is a very dangerous thing.

heat baby!!

Well, I still watch the Bulls thinking they'll be better, but my hopes of them even making the playoffs in 5 years or less are dwindling.

As for who will win, I'd LOVE for another eastern conference team to win, but I think it will be San Antonio. If not them, Miami. Because Shaq is Jerry Buss's daddy.

xD Already we're talking about next year's champions?

I'm sorry, but I've got to go with either the Lakers or the Kings (face teams).
Sac-Town all the way! Especially with a healthy C-Webb
Yes - but healthy for how long? =P

Psh. Laker's magic number this year is 35...

Kobe = 35
Kobe's shots per game: 35
Total Points per Game for Laker's: 35
Total games won this coming season: 35

:D btw: No me gusta kobe.

:?: Are you referring to his age? 'Cause he's 26 ...
How bout waiting til the regular season starts?
For what reason? The season starts next week.

My team is Denver and I think they have a shot...So long as Camby can stay healthy and rest of the team stays away from getting caught with marijuana.

Well I no longer have a favorite team so it doesn't really matter to me who wins.

As long as everyone stays healthy and hungry, I say Detroit will probably repeat. The only other teams I think have a shot are San Antonio, Minnesota and Sacramento IMO.

I would love to see Grant Hill stay healthy and see the Magic win it but there is almost no chance of that happening.

I like Yao but I think the Rockets gave up too much for T-Mac. If they win, that would be cool. That was the team I played with in ESPN NBA last year.

If the Sacramento Kings can stay healthy and get a good chemistry going without Divac, which means Peja stepping up and not worrying about being traded, I'm sure the Kings can do wonders this year.

Heat, Spurs, and Pistons are all teams that should and most likely will go far in the playoffs. I'm not to fond of the Rockets for some reason. I think they'll place in a high seed than last year in the playoffs, but I'm expecting them to get eliminated early. They just don't have the playoff experience.

no one stops iverson
 stop it, your killin me!!

j/p man :D

but yea, i WANT the t-wolves to win...garnett deserves it...and they have a good chance of winning...but i think the spurs will win...even tho i HATE the spurs and tim duncan...i think they will win :(
...so I have to say the Mavs.
I wish! It's not going to happen for awhile, so my sweet old Mavs will have to lose again in the playoffs.

i'd love to see the pistons repeat, but unbiased, i would probably pick either the spurs of wolves ahead of em. both teams gotta love shaq being in miami now.
I hope Houston wins it all this year, but I think the Minnesota Timberwolves have a better shot.
No they don't. You were right with the first team you said.
T-Wolves without a doubt. MVP, Spree, Sammy C, how can you beat that?
THEY HAD THE SAME TEAM LAST YEAR, AND STILL DIDN'T GET A RING. WHAT MAKES YOU THINK THAT THEY WILL GET ONE THIS YEAR.

hmm....i dont know....experience together? more time to get used to the chemistry? hmm...yea, but that doesnt matter much, does it?

lol, j/p w/ ya

Yeah you are right about the team chemistry and the experience, but as long as Flip Saunders is the coach, I don't see them getting it done.

HOUSTON RULES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm just hoping the Cavs can make the playoffs, and I like our chances in the weak East. For champs, I'd say Detroit looks as good as last year, though I wouldn't be surprised if SA or Minnesota wins. A Shaq team always has a good chance, and with Dwayne Wade looking great at the end of last year, they could pull it out.

Dude fuck that Flip is a great coach, Id like to see Jeff Van Gundy take you to 8 straight playoff appearances. The reason they didnt win is because they had no fucking pointguard in the playoffs. Sammy got hurt in the 2nd round and Hudson missed the whole playoffs. Plus this year we get Eddie Griffin. And why are you even for the Rockets? It says u live in FL.

Wally also did not get into a groove after being injured.

Detroit remains on top, but SA could knock them off if Parker plays well

You missed the part where he said he's a die-hard T-Mac fan. Anyways Miami won't make it to the Finals even with Shaq, just take a look at what happened to the Lakers last year. Mavs suck every year, they would've had a better chance if they got Shaq(i personally hate him). I'm gonna go with Houston winning it all.

Oh yeah didnt think about Wally, good call.

Man Detroit still gets hardly any respect. Just like last year and they'll repeat just like they won last year. They had one of the best off-seasons in the NBA. Picked up Antonio Mcdice (sp) , Derrick Coleman, and Gold medal winner Carlos del Fino is looking sweet. If Darko starts coming along we're talking dynasty.
