I couldn't bear to watch so I turned the game off with about 6 minutes left. I said it before, but I really hope the Pistons (honestly don't think Pacers are going to beat them) put up a good fight in the finals.

I never thought I'd say this, but I agree with onewingedangel. I'm a Kings fan too. That being said, I don't hate the Lakers as much as I hate Lakers fans - most of them are superficial, shallow and arrogant.
 
Yea 3 and soon to be 4 titles in 5 years does make us a little arrogant, but seems like good reason to be. Eliminating sacramento from the playoffs has just been a little cherry on top the last couple years.

Honestly I don't know. I lost some respect for GP when he pretty much deserted Seattle in search of the ring. Granted he was in a crappy situation with the owner, but it seemed selfish of him. Malone on the other hand, he's a dumb ox like Jimmy Kimmel portrayed him as.

you wouldn't be saying that if malone and payton signed with your kings..malone's defensive capabilities= beyond Slava's and former laker power forwards (ex: samaki walker, madsen); and his passing game is amazing; you obviously miss all the little things he does for the Lakers by saying that he and payton doesn't deserve the rings.
payton- played in ever lakers game this season, provided vocal leadership and knowledge of the game (ex: set that last play for fisher in that pivotal game 5 against the Spurs)

You see, the Kings don't need a PG nor a backup PG, they don't need a PF nor a backup PF either. Malone only knows one defenseive play, and that's pulling the chair. Payton just talks trash. I wouldn't even think the Kings would sign them. We want to earn with our original 5, and if we were to gain someone, we would be willing to give an even trade, as we did for Brad Miller.

Out of all those years, I think only 1 was won fair. Let's not forget that 4th quarter free throw marathon by the Lakers. Oh, and in the playoffs we've hadn't had all our guys health at any one point. Peja's ankle, Webber's injury last year, and Bobby Jackson this year. Lakers are as healthy as healthy can be.
