Sorry if it's been discussed but any speculation on Dirt 3 being backwards compatible when the program launched 11/12? Hoping so, love that game.

WRC 5 price has been adjusted to $49.99 for Xbox One. Someone here had reported it was $59.99 last week which didn't jive with what retailers were selling physical copies for.

Action shooter with bad gunplay and game breaking glitches. Starts strong and really creepy, but quickly goes downhill.

I only played 5-6 of the 20 odd chapters but I stopped playing because it wasnt very good IMO. A lot of it is stealth killing on dumb AI, I was advised by many that you run out of bullets often, so I did a lot of stealth. Then every level I was stuck with too many bullet boxes(there is a leveling system and you can only carry 3-5 extra per level up if I remember). There are a lot of cheap gotcha! kills where you have no way of knowing that you will die in that area/trap/etc/monster. It's a cheap mechanic that only works the first time you play. I got it last year on black friday for $20 and it was not worth it. It will probably be closer to $10 this black friday.

There's the other rally fan in this thread! Yeah, I reported the drop in price a few days back, but I'm sure it got lost in all the Halo 5 talk. 360 version of WRC 5 also dropped to $35 which matches some retailers (at last check some were listing it at $40). Did you get WRC 5?

Stuck in a conundrum.  Mine will be here today, but I need to preorder Bloops3.  I was going to get it for PS4 since I love the DS4 and play much better; while not favoring the xone controller.  But if I keep the Elite, what's the point in wasting money if I just buy COD on another console -.-

I rented it on 360 and got to around the Barn area if I remember correctly where a boss is chasing you. I was enjoying it up to that point. I take it goes downhill fast from there? Perhaps I should just play Dead Space 2 and 3 instead since I have yet to play those still lol.

That is about when it went downhill for me. Spent a lot of time getting through that area in stealth only to find out you alert all the enemies anyways as part of the story. This happened in every level after as well (at least up until the game breaking glitch I encountered). Being stealthy isn't rewarding and actually makes the game harder.

I may or may not be in Battleborn lobby queue. If anybody on my friends may or may not be playing it, I may or may not send you an invite.
 
Pneuma is great. One of the first console titles with Unreal Engine 4 so it looks gorgeous. It has great puzzles, a lovely atmosphere with artsy elements, and a surprisingly interesting storyline. In order to get 100% you need 2-3 hours alone without a guide, so it wasn't really worth the 20$ back then, but for free? Don't miss it.

I'm pretty certain all forthcoming GWG games will be playable on X360. Its the smart thing for MS to do,as these games have DLC that can be sold to X1 owners.

It also means they are giving out 4 "Xbox One" games instead of just two. Sony has been giving out more than two for quite awhile due to cross buy, etc. so I hope this heats up the competition a little.

So I think I was a little to hasty in my judgement of Halo 5: Warzone. It is a lot more fantastic then I originally thought. I will be playing it for a long time!

Did you hear / read that somewhere, or did you try to redeem a code and it failed? If the latter, do you have an alternative method of payment tied to your account (credit card / PayPal)? When I attempted to add a 1 year code to my account last year, it failed because I was still Gold at the time and didn't have a payment method on my account. Support chat couldn't figure it out, I just waited until my Gold expired and used the code about a minute later. This year, I had added a virtual credit card to my account and was able to stack another year on without any trouble. That was back in February or March, though.

This was at the bottom of the page of an online retailer I got a 12 month code..

"Please Note: The 'stacking' of Xbox Live subscriptions is no longer allowed by Microsoft. Users will recieve an error when attempting to add more than one subscription card at a time. "
 
CAG Clan is full (last I heard we were looking for a volunteer to drop off so we could add wombat)but there was talk about a CAG2.0 clan surfacing to challenge us for dominance. Sort of like the Vektra and Helghast without all the red eyes

This was mentioned a bit ago back and is really only a problem if you have had it be a problem in the past. I have never run into such an issue on any of my X1 controllers personally and so I doubt I would on the Elite. Also, the Elite controller is one thing I wouldn't mind throwing down the Best Buy $20 warranty or whatever.

Yea I got mine from Target...I didnt know you could get a warranty or even if you can.

Edit: guess it's $29 for 2 years for Gaming from Target?

Edit: I think it's 1 year warranty on the controller...at least according to target.com lol

Yeah I checked out for a couple days with Halo launching.

I haven't bought it yet. Don't have a lot of free $$$ right now so I'm waiting.
 
Kind of ridiculous they would sell a premium controller at that price and have the same issue that their controllers have always been known for.

"Tried" playing the "Battle Baby Bjorn" beta. So...all three modes are not available and can't play or do anything besides wait in a lobby for nothing. Good to know!
