Took over 2 weeks for my achievement in Westerado to count for the gamepass punch card quest. Who knows when or how things will register.

 
my local gamestop had their copies of hellblade sitting on the back counter, they only had 3 xbox copies, (around 10 ps4) so it seems it might be somewhat limited in stores. put my preorder in

 
Is Sherlock Holmes: The Devil’s Daughter out of Xbox Game Pass already or does it leave Tuesday or whatever?

 
Never got the game pass punch card to register as complete and now its gone from my app dashboard. I freaking started RIME for that, now I have to finish it before my game pass expires un February.

Also, what is halo wars 2 ue missing? That wal-mart price seems pretty good.
 
I got achievements for FH4 and Graveyard Keeper on the last day of the Game Pass punch card, but never got punches for them. However, I just checked my rewards account, and now have 5000 more points than I did yesterday, so it looks like they are honoring it as long as the achievements were unlocked during the timeframe.
 
Goddamn the overblown "controversy" that gaming news sites are trying to spew over "influencers" getting free canvas bags that aren't related to the actual Fallout 76 $200 edition.

 
I have successfully upgraded my X1X internal hard drive to 2TB (Seagate Firecuda SSHD), but wow, that was a pain in the ass.  It is 1000% harder to swap out the X1 hard drive than any other console I've worked on.  Still, I enjoy that sweet disk space with no annoying external drives.  :)

FF7 music doesn't emulate correctly, battle swirls aren't accurate. Sound effects in Ridge Racer are Shaq-Fu'd. After the PSP had such great emulation, it's hard to fathom how they messed this up so badly.

When I looked last night on EA Access, it still showed it as in the vault. I restarted my Xbox to see if the tripped a change but it didn’t. I think sometimes how they roll out games to he vault takes a bit. I know I’ve gotten something in the vault before I’ve seen many others. While the main campaign was the main reason I’ve wanted to play it, on the occasions I do play the other parts I’ve noticed a general improvement from a year ago. Too bad the load times are still atrocious.

Ha yeah I kept seeing that come up in my news feeds from the more click baitey web sites so I finally caved in and clicked on eurogamer's link. Looked at it and said that's not even close to the same thing people are having an issue with, but it will be the great "canvas" controversy of 2018.

I saw them do a 2 hour vid on GiantBomb and yeah looks like another huge issue is for whatever reason a ton of the games are the 50 hz European "Pal" version so besides emulation they were going to run slower to begin with. Doesn't seem like a lot of care or curation went into this thing. I almost wonder if were at peak Sony like back in the day before the PS3 launch "get a second job"

I unlocked the Battlefield V achievement Friday night and the punchcard completed this morning and I got my points. For those still waiting for theirs, try clicking the Activate Punch Card again as someone here suggested a few days ago. I clicked it again yesterday and don't know if that's what actually helped, but it doesn't hurt.

Anyways, Badlands finally got checked off for me as my get 250 gs check mark finally occurred. I unlocked another 90 gs in the new Wordament today. May have occurred that quickly judging by how the gamepass checks sped up or just a coincidence. Who cares, 3 more months of gamepass and enough points to get another discounted $5 in MS funny money! Woohooo!

I did a couple games on the final night. I got the last achievement for the punch card at 2 a.m. Dec. 1st. I figured I missed it but today my account has an extra 5,000 points as well :D :D

There’s a profit to be had!

The list of games on the PS Classic didn’t interest me, but after reading the reviews, it seems like Sony was out to nothing beyond make a quick buck and didn’t put any care or attention into it. Using the PAL versions with their 50hz frame rate seems especially stupid, given the 60 is the standard these days.
 
I Decided to put my EA Access to use that I mainly used to get those Battlefield V reward points and playing Battlefield: Hardline AKA Shellcasing's and Badge Flashing the video game. This is easily one of the lowest kill count's I've ever had in a game since it's oddly more satisfying to just make a pile of criminals all laying on top of each other after being arrested than shooting them in the face. Though it's also a weird, weird feeling knowing full well that this is the game that EA forced on Visceral Games and basically led to their closure.

 
Completed all but the Goliath related achievement in FH4.  Still need a few more road racing levels to unlock the Goliath.  Finally got 90k on that S Bends drift zone.  One time I fell 31 points short.  Tried to rewind, but it didn't register until after I passed the end of the zone.  But finally cracked it with a little north of 92k.  Also used a map to find the last ~15 bonus boards.  A number were in a part of the map I was expecting but didn't feel like searching, some others I wasn't expecting due to their proximity to other boards I'd already found.  May actually finish the achievements before the first expansion drops.

I Decided to put my EA Access to use that I mainly used to get those Battlefield V reward points and playing Battlefield: Hardline AKA Shellcasing's and Badge Flashing the video game. This is easily one of the lowest kill count's I've ever had in a game since it's oddly more satisfying to just make a pile of criminals all laying on top of each other after being arrested than shooting them in the face. Though it's also a weird, weird feeling knowing full well that this is the game that EA forced on Visceral Games and basically led to their closure.

Yeah the next couple years are going to be very interesting for EA, they bought in so hard with DICE making it the engine on everything and us getting games like Battlefield:Hardline. The DICE ceo turned EA corporate head jumped in the fall when it looked like Battlefield V was going to tank, and judging by discounts that was correct. It seems no one in the world knows what Anthem really is maybe even including EA themselves so if that goes south quick where does that leave Bioware? They have punted on the Star Wars license so hard, but Respawn could still pull off something cool, I loved Titanfall 1's multi player and Titanfall 2's single player story is at the very least memorable so they might be able to salvage something from the Star Wars stuff. That said I think EA Access makes them a ton of money and their is always Fifa/Madden to keep things chugging along. Will be interesting times.

It is highly unlikely to happen but I'd kill for a new SSX

I really can't see Anthem being a success in EA's eyes. I really, really can't. The fact that Destiny 2 isn't living up to Activision's sales (whom are similar to EA's I'm sure) just doesn't bode well for a game that looks so similar to Destiny, but still so vague in details. Though I think there has to be some shake up right now. I don't think Battlefield V itself is selling that well either being that physical sales are down, which could mean a large up surge in digital owners instead, but the fact that several retailers have it on sale last week and right now lead me to think otherwise. That and the fact it shipped with incomplete multiplayer sounds like there is some trouble there.
