For those who say they still can't find the Sales & Specials+ app check if you have your dashboard set to Family content. If you do then that app will not show up. I had to change that setting under the "Privacy" section of the dashboard settings to get the app to show up.
Already done, but still no cigar good sir... I wonder if, using my US or UK accounts to search and download the app, I'll be able to use it with my main (Italian) one... :whistle2:k

Didn't MS knows that tons of The Maw codes are floating around? I think everyone have it.
I don't. Anyone have an extra one of these codes laying around?

Probably pick up Toy Soldiers, though I haven't gotten the first one yet. Still waiting on the 400msp sale that has yet to come. Only remotely interested in The Splatters. Will have to try the demo out.

Should I snag the M&M Heroes DLC if I don't have the core game? I'm still waiting on a 400msp sale on that as well. 600 just seemed like too much to me.

Very cool to see arcade DLC on sale next week, since I rarely feel like spending more on DLC then I do on the game (since I only ever buy stuff on sale). Will definitely pick up the M&M and scott pilgrim DLC to make those two more true completions for me. :D
I'm having issues with the Marketplace as well.
Thanks. I'll force a scan when the marketplace improves.

The DLC is pretty cheap. If you absolutely have to wait for 400 for the game then you could just pick up the DLC and see yourself saving most of the difference between the 400 and 600 for the main game. Just a thought. This was one of the few games I purchased for 600 (usually wait for 400 as well) but I got my money's worth.

Maybe I'll pick up the Knives DLC for Scott Pilgrim, even though though I haven't touched the game since release. Then again maybe not. Still salty they left online co-op out of the game. So much wasted potential there.
did microsoft run out of arcade games for their microsoft studios sale.
i am sure all of those have been on sale before, dont know why i am acting surprised.
Not all of them...

Also, for anyone who has Kinect. The Kinect PlayFit app is now available in the apps section of the dashboard.

Edit: Uhh, I guess it's not there anymore. I downloaded it though and it doesn't load up at the moment so that's probably why.

I keep hoping for a KoA: Reckoning DLC sale. Will even by the packs if these go on sale.

Decent deals here. Might buy Splatters and Cold War, since those are the only two XBLA games on this sale I don't own. (and I like puzzle games and the original Toy Soldier, so these fit right in for me). Backlog, I command you to increase!!!

well... the only Fallout 3 DLC I need is Mothership Zeta, I had previously bought the others on sale (back when the GOTY edition was full price). Despite everyone saying it's skippable, I want to get it just to have it lol.

definitely getting Hydrophobia for 200 next week. and considering Section 8 and Toy Soldiers: Cold War.

Pretty sure I will pick up TS:CW. I loved the first, and have been waiting for a sale.I almost feel bad I haven't bought Hydrophobia, it has been on sale/price dropped too many times to count. I think $2.50 will be worth it.
Definitely picking up Hydrophobia, can't pass up any game at that price.
What about 1/3 of a game? It's part 1 of 3 that will never be completed because the studio shut down. It's not like part 1 of a trilogy, but the first third of a single game. There are no conclusions in the story and it seems like they held back anything good for the rest of the game.
Anyone played The Splatters and is it any good? I'm on the fence about that one.
Should have been 200 MSP also.

Awesome! I just put Fallout 3 in for the first time in 2+ years. Perfect timing.

It has to be DOTD..

I hope my Bing points come through today, I ordered a replacement copy from wherehouse.com last week and it's still pending (I don't think it's coming through)

You'll be disappointed next week as the sale is this week. ;)

Lol never heard that before. I'm still picking it up though.

Will be buying this for sure. Really lovin' on this game again after playing it 1st on my DS

Ubisoft 17-Jul to 23-Jul
Might & Magic Clash of Heroes I’m the Boss! DLC 120 (50% off)

Does the XBLA version of Clash of Heroes still have an active MP community? I'd imagine that it's dead at this point, so I don't think the DLC would be a good idea.
So did we ever determine how long Defenders of Ardania, the assorted DJ Hero content, and whatever else are on sale for?
According to TheHeroFeed, that DJ Hero content is on sale until the 16th. Not sure why this month's sale ends so much earlier than those in May & June.
Next week:

Ubisoft 17-Jul to 23-Jul
Might & Magic Clash of Heroes I’m the Boss! DLC 120 (50% off)
Scott Pilgrim Knives Chau DLC Pack 80 (50% off)
RUSE Pack of the Rising Sun 400 (50% off)
RUSE The Chimera Pack 280 (50% off)

Finally Clash of Heroes DLC on Sale already got the Knives Cheau Pack (didn*t think this would go on sale ever lol =P)
I think this is such a smart sale for the first week of Summer of Arcade. Throw a few pieces of random DLC on sale that won't draw attention away from the SoA, yet it's still content that hasn't been on sale before. I'm impressed for a change.

The Splatters and Cold War are both 1st time sales. That's not too shabby.

The Splatters is okay, it kind of just feels like a physics phone game, but it looks good and controls well. I'd say it's worth $5.
wanting to get toy soliders and rasskulls but only 50 points shy....is there anyway to get 50 microsoft points without buying a new card?
do bing

Bing.

So in trying the demos...

Section 8 plays similar to Halo
Splatters is fun but not sure if I should pay 5 bucks for it
Toy Soldiers is fun but not 600 points fun for me unless the demo was just super limited it's just an average tower defense game

I'm really considering going for Civilization Revolution GOD now...

PS3/PC got Hydrophobia Prophecy, added in a final boss, gameplay upgrades and about a half hour more of play length. I got it for free on PS+. It stinks that they didn't upgrade the 360 version.

Fair warning to anyone contemplating Ms. Splosion Man, it's a lot harder than the first one especially once you get to the last world. Definitely worth $5 though.

I never played the first one but I can't play this game. I bought it. Then regretted it. It's super frustrating at times and I can't play more than one stage at a time (with lots of deaths) before I have to shut it off. It's quirky and fun early but I'm not much of a platformer these days.

So avoid if you don't like frustrating platformers cause the demo doesn't show you how fast the difficulty increases.

Might & Magic Clash of Heroes I’m the Boss! DLC 120 (50% off)

FINALLY! I've been waiting for this to go on sale! I balked at the price when it first came out. 240 for such a small DLC?! Oh well, now I can finally 100% this awesome game!

Just noticed on the Sales & Specials Section of the dash has Civilization: Revolution for 50% off at $15. Sorry if this has already been mentioned.

I don't see it cheaper than $20 for a disk copy. I might pick this up.

Edit: Nevermind...seen it was mentioned a few pages back.

I already have Hydro Thunder and didn't like the first Toy Soldiers enough to get Cold War, but I can't pass up Hydrophobia for that price. Might even get The Splatters if I like the demo enough.

Is the community for Section 8 Prejudice still active? I might pick that up for that price if I could actually get matches in it.

With these deals, the multiplayer deals two weeks ago and Dungeon fighter Live and Tony Hawk HD coming out, I have been spending a lot of MS Points.

It's much better than first game.
Talking about difficulty - it's nowhere near Meat Boy. So don't get scared guys and buy it. Everyone should have this game on his xbla collection.

Both Toy Soldiers games are really awesome, I think they're everything but "an average tower defense game"

I didn't find Ms. Splosion man to be nearly as difficult and frustrating as Spelunky, for what it's worth. So if you were able to make it through Spelunky, I think you'll do fine with Ms. Splosion Man. (Single player mode, that is. Don't have anyone to co-op with so can't speak to the difficulty of that)
