If USC beats Notre Dame at ND then it's USC's to lose.
I think the Cal game will be a harder game for USC than the ND game.

As much as I watch Cal, and the fact that they were the last team to beat USC. I expect a blow-out for USC.

USC almost lost to Arizona State though, and Cal is a better team than Arizona State. Plus, I think Cal is the type of team thats fit to beat USC IMO. Gonna be a good game though.

That logic doesn't work for football. USC will prepare differently and be of a differenet mindset for the Cal game. I'm not a fanboy, so i'm not going to say it'll be a blowout, but i bet USC will win handily.

Today has been a good day for great big10 games.

Wis vs NW, Min vs Mich, and the Iowa vs Pur game are/were all good games.

This Saturday at 3:30 might be the best couple hours of viewing all year.

USC vs Notre Dame on NBC
Florida vs LSU on CBS
Penn State at Michigan on ABC

Usually there's two big games on at the same time. But this time we have three on all three networks.
Does anyone really think USC will lose? pssh. Too easy.
After the loss of Cal to UCLA, even I have to say their going undefeated.

They'll lose to V Tech if they somehow make it to the national championship game.

V tech are you kidding me? Lindell White is now the MVP of the Trojans. White + Bush + Leinart + Garret = Success.

Man, what an embarrasing loss the Gophers had today to the Badgers. Actually, I guess us Gophers fans have come to expect a few of those per year.

The Gophers punter can't catch a good snap :booty: Never the less it was a good game of what I saw (flipping between the Iowa, Min and Ohio State games.)

Its pretty humilating that the NCAA cant have every conference to adopt a Replay system.

When i sit here watching USC/Notre Dame and hear something like the visiting coach has the option on wether or not instant replay can be used, what the heck is that?

btw, Peter Carroll declines it because HE disagrees with it. oh ya pete, really easy to decline it when you have everything to lose every saturday. I hope it costs you today. it shouldn't even be an option, Replay should be in every sport now. We have the technology, the networks who broadcast the games can get more advertising dollars, so what gives?

and what proof do you have Virgina Tech will be the second team in the BCS at the end of the year? rite now its texas. Face it, the media would love Texas and Virgina Tech, since its two black quarterbacks facing off.

No racism intended at all, but the media goes nuts for a black quarterback.

fuck Notre Dame! I might respect them if the ever join a conference. Oh and fuck NBC for giving them a reason not to join a conference.

After an impressive first quarter, USC does what they do as usual. Put it in neutral. Leinart is 7/12 150 yards I think. But that INT. Meh, 4th quarter it's over.

Wow, great games so far. Badger game was great at the end and USC is about to lose their undefeated streak.

EDIT: Holy shit, USC almost blows it and then comes back and wins on the last play!

USC just fucked up big time! They fucked up worse then The Gophers.

Wait they put time back on the clock... A USC fumble won them the game.

Edit: Damn USC has big balls.

Usc Just Beat Nd With # Secs Left!

I Think My Head Is Going To Explode!
I echo your feelings.
Mother fucker!!!!!

Michigan Just Won On The Last fucking Play!!!!

Gosh Darnit!
WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

I'm pissed that I went home, though. If I'd known how it was going to work out, I wouldn't have made the trip...

I would say they are ginormous at this point. Unreal games today.

I don't think I've ever seen michigan win on the last play of the game like that, in almost 30 years of watching Michigan football. It's almost ALWAYS someone else winning with one second left by a fieldgoal, hail mary, or something else to that effect.

And, come to think of it, I can't believe ND lost it in the final seconds. I guess god wasn't wearing green today.

That last second dive by Leinart, was a gutsy play. I think everyone thought they were going to spike it.

That was bullshit. There was no time left on the fucking clock, and since USC chose not to have replay, there should be no way to reverse that call after the fact. Time was up, the game was over, they can't fucking overturn a call without fucking replay.

Can't overrturn? You saw it. Ball flew out at 7 seconds. What the hell? If it replayed they would have overturned it, and given the ball to USC.

Man I missed the USC vs ND game. I just got home from work, and heard it was a great game. O'well, I'll just check out Sports Center.

I haven't seen highlights yet. I was at the game, on the field, and they tried to force us back into the stands. From everything I heard it was pretty clear cut that it should have been called as it was (USC ball 7 secs left), but when you are in the opposite endzone, things arent very easy to see.

Oh, I thought you were watching it on T.V.

Must've been crazy with 70k people wearing green and gold. Brady Quinn really proved himself on that last drive of being in the Heisman talk.

Nope, I'm a student at ND.....had an offer of 500 for my ticket, but turned it down. Even though we lost, i'm glad I didnt sell it. It was a great experience, and I wouldnt have traded it for anything...not even the Xbox 360 that I would have bought with the money.

I was pretty pissed off at the game though, before it even started. There were probably 25k USC fans there. I know they are alloted a certain number of seats, but too many people were looking to make a quick buck and sold their tickets, which caused the home field advantage to not be quite as effective.
