Your collection - post a photo - show us what'cha got!

man.... good stuff here... really wish i didn't click into this thread. Could not stop reading and looking at some of the collections.

Dusty (with good reason) and now probably out of order , got rid of a lot of stuff recently so all the stuff here actually has a shot in hell of being played if not already beaten.
That's a really nice collection, coolsteel! I totally want like half of your stuff!!!
Thanks I just realized I completely didn't get a picture of my dreamcast or ps3 games, i'll get to them soon

Dreamcast games were bought in lots here and there, doubt I would have managed so many if done today. Two guncon 3's from Gamestop but of course only one game supports them currently

here is my collection, ive included old pics that have my gamecube/xbox/nes games as they are now in boxes till i find space for them, ignore anything else in the older pics
Wow, Krunks, that is a badass collection!!! I'm glad to see that I'm not the only one who alphabetizes their games, lol!!!
My collection is entirely alphabetized, except in a few cases where it looks bad doing so :)psp:persona and :psp:Prinny slightly out of order because they're in those special boxes), and Lunar CE / Coyote Rag Time tin taking too much room.
Nice stand. How do you like it? I currently have one that limits my TV to 37" and blocks too much airflow, so I'm planning on getting a new TV and stand before the year's end. Yours looks attractive to me, and seems to fix all my quirks about my stand.
I have the same stand, and love it. I usually get compliments on it when people come over for the first time.

i like the stand, only problem is that the shelves arent really as big as id like as they angle in, and the home theater/360/ps3 kinda hang out the sides in the back. As far as alphabitizing, how could you not? lol

Kmart , fryes , best buy etc etc used to carry them, now they switched to the type that has one side vertical while the other is horizontal. I believe Case Media made them, just screw to a stud on the wall and good to go.

here is most of my dvd collection

Hey guys, I need a new shelving unit. I'm looking for something tall, slender, and can hold no less than 500 DVDs. Price wise, I'm trying to aim for around $150, but no more than $200 (with shipping, if it's available online). You guys have any suggestions?
Why are most of those games SEALED ????
They don't look sealed, they look like they're bagged.

Also, you didn't have to quote the whole thing, just the two pictures with the games in question would have been fine.

Thats why I put it in a spoiler to not take up space , But thanks for the hunt ;)

Yeah the games aren't sealed. Most of those games are unsealed, played, and beaten for the most part. I buy poly bags kind of like the kind people keep comic books in, except they are in the size of DVD cases. All they are sealed by is a piece of double sided tape on the bag's flap.
jing84: Out of curiosity, where did you get the figurine of the Taru Ark Angel?
The Taru Ark Angel is from a recent set of Taru trading arts mini that was released in January in Japan. I think a box of those figures is around $40 or so for a box of 10 random figures.

Whoops just realized there's a separate thread for figure collections and that this is the thread for game collections. Is there a way I can move my previous post there? Anyway here's the Square-Enix part of my game collection.

I need a new shelf =(. I built this shelf way back in high school when my SE collection was much smaller.

...and the best item of all in this isn't even a Square-Enix item. It's the sackboy my girlfriend knitted for me.
Great collection you got going there in the closet Pooky!
Thanks. The shelves were a pain to get setup, but def worth it.
Where did you get the cover art for the FF13?
That cover came with the February issue of V-Jump. It's a monthly magazine of sorts that is basically made up of different mangas. That particular issue came with the cover, a small strategy guide book, and some stickers. Your local Kinokuniya (or Japanese bookstore) may still have the issue on shelves. If not they may be able to order it for you. The issue cost me roughly 8 dollars.

I love the color of that room Pooky. Would you happen to know the name of it by any chance? And where did you get those shelves? I was originally thinking of putting 2-3 bookshelves in a closet to put all my games, but after seeing those shelves, I might have to go with shelves. It looks really nice and neat.

Night-shade by Behr. Shelves were from Home Depot, and i think total cost was $250ish after paying for every part(6 rails, 27 shelves, 54 shelf support things). But those suckers sit on rails that are screwed into studs so it's not falling down anytime soon.
Only problem i had was having Home Depot actually have everything in stock at once. I had to buy them out about 3 times

Coincidentally, my parents are painting our new house with Behr paint too... I'll request that my room be painted night-shade, but it probably won't happen. Would be cool though since everything will match. I also have a closet kind of like that in my room and I think I might just use shelves like that. They seem sturdy as hell and I have a lot of stuff to store. As for Home Depot having shit in stock, yeah they suck. They never have everything that you need... If you want to get it all in one day, you'll have to visit at least 3 stores. At least, that's what my parents had to do for some of the things they needed to buy.
