Everything Persona for starters. In addition, I got Knights in Nightmare and Crimson Gem Saga based on recommendations and reviews. I doubt you could go wrong though.

The Steam Deals + Cards Thread V9 | Torchlight II Weekend

Quick PSA: StarDrive is still a buggy mess. The developer claims to still be working on it, as well as a second game, but as of now the game still doesn't have all the listed features and still has the same memory crashes it had on launch. Not to mention he's apparently deleting negative...

    GOG Deals Thread

Driftmoon is totally worth the asking price. I played about an three hours or so of that so far and it was a blast. Not the most difficult game ever, but it's just packed full of geeky references. As for Evoland, I'd also say it's worth it at that price and I actually did a first look video...

Green Man Gaming (Steam) Deals: 25% Off Hitman

Shattered Haven is giving than grief in the advertising dept, because it's really difficult to explain and sell, but I picked up a copy and did indeed enjoy it. If you like puzzely anything, you'll enjoy it and if you don't, you still may because it doesn't quite feel like a puzzle game either...

    IndieGameStand Pay-What-You-Want Game Thread

That's a great deal for a great game. I actually just wrote up a review of Guns of Icarus Online yesterday if folks want my two cents. ^_^ http://otakuview.com/2013/guns-of-icarus-online-review/

    Defiance deal on GreenManGaming

General verdict is mediocre. This is pretty universally held from what I've seen. Decent review here: http://angryjoeshow.com/2013/04/defiance-angry-review/

    Starbound Preorder/Kickstarter

The difference here is that they have indeed done a great deal of the work already and proven the concept. By your logic, if you preorder a game from an AAA Dev, there is "NO GUARANTEE" it will ever be finished. True, however it's the exact same.

3DS eShop sales thread - 4/30 Nano Assault EX for $9.99

It's a step up from the competition, but yes, their UI designers totally suck. You really just noticed this? >.>

PSN Weekly Deals - 8/27: PAX Indie Sale, DJ Hero/2/GH Sale, Spelunky $11.99, Pinballistik is Free!, and Machinarium Vita Free for PS+!

Thanks for the great summary. To be honest they all sound great. ^_^ I'll have to think on it a few, but I think Disgaea is the winner with the other two to be picked up at a later date.

PSN Weekly Deals - 8/27: PAX Indie Sale, DJ Hero/2/GH Sale, Spelunky $11.99, Pinballistik is Free!, and Machinarium Vita Free for PS+!

Does anyone have any opinions on getting Phantom Brave: The Hermuda Triangle and FINAL FANTASY TACTICS: THE WAR OF THE LIONS rather than snagging Disgaea 2 for the vita? I've already got both Disgaea 1 and 3 so it would round out the collection, but I'm thinking a bit of variety would be nice...

Guild Wars 2 digital download $40

For anyone who wonders if it's a good game, don't. Guild Wars 2 pretty much the single best classical fantasy MMO out there. If you're looking for a WoW clone, you probably won't be happy but if you want a deeper game with some actually interesting quests and awesome times, this is the game for...
