Try clearing your Home cache, that fixed the falling though the floor problem I was experiencing a couple of weeks ago.

I was having the same problem (along with a few other problems with home spaces loading slowly), so I emptied my home cache. Everything got speedy again and I got the coat within 30 seconds of entering the theater.
