Thats a great idea. I am now using the component inputs with the coupler that came with the VGA kit for 360. No sound lag, and a good picture.

Tried Svideo yet? I have no video lag on my system through component but, the sound lags a little for me. But, when I hooked up my xbox through Svideo, the picture looked better and there was no sound lag.
