That's what I had been doing, until iOS 5. They removed that battery option (to toggle percentage on/off) entirely, it's nowhere to be found in any menu/sub menu in the settings anymore.
The newest model, 32 gb iPod touch which I have, and has always been legit (no hacks all apple software) came with the battery percentage indicator right out of the box, and was now taken away with this update.
For anyone that has iPod touch did you notice they removed the battery percentage indicator? When no option to toggle it in/off either, does this piss anyone else off?

How and Where are you guys seeing it as region free? I assumed it was and already ordered and it is being disbatched. From what I see on the product page it says Region B/2, so please let me know if this truly is region free.
