The $20 Amazon GC I just received from Amazon for Red Dead Redemption doesn't expire. I know the MP3 and video promo credits I've received in the past do have an expiration date, though.

Agreed. And, unlike Newegg, they don't limit quantities purchased, which isn't too bright when you're selling $60 MSRP games for $10. It's a hoarder's playground. Prior to Amazon Prime and digital distribution, GoGamer was my go-to place for purchases. Sadly, they still haven't evolved to...

Are all PS1 titles available on the PSN able to be played on both the PS3 and PSP? Or is this determined on a game-by-game basis?

That's where I've purchased the majority of my penny guides (one each for the games I currently own or plan on purchasing), but, as you've stated, they haven't had much lately. Come to think of it, neither have the Targets for clearance games. It's a Tampa conspiracy, I say!
