I had this problem too and they said it was because of a glitch in the system, its only supposed to be effecting people with less than 10 feedback (essentially first time you send a game) and they at least had fixed the problem for me

I don't get my luck lately, just filed second non-received game this month 42 games now, 2 of them I never received and 1 came damaged and couldn't play and all three problems only happened in the past month :-(
