The only purpose of having the "founder's status" card is for people who buy the Hardened Edition AFTER founder sign up expires. They extended founder status signups until the end of November. So, when you redeemed your Elite token, you've automatically got founders, no need for the other...

My local Wal-Mart AND Target had Modnation Racers shelved. I've tried buying it at Wal-Mart 3 different times and they've never taken it off the shelf. I went to Target yesterday and they would not sell it either. The difference being, Target took it right off their shelf immediately. /shrug.

What everyone else is saying is correct. Just like the Halo ODST leak issue, as long as the copy is legit, it's a street date issue with the store, not the consumer. You'll be fine. However, I do wonder how they can tell if the game is an original or not. Do they check for modded consoles...
