Guys.... guys.... I feel so dirty. I want to buy Plants vs Zombies: Garden Warfare. It's not even on steam!  This is what crappy Steam deals do to me!  (...but the game looks so fun) 

I didn't even think about sound card drivers (I'm deaf) ... will try that right now. I have an AMD Radeon HD 7850. I think I saw somewhere online that RF:A doesn't play nice with AMD, so not sure if that's the issue (because I've seen other reports of people getting it to work fine on AMD cards)

Red Faction: Armageddon is broken for me. It's not THAT old of a game, but I cannot for the life of me get it to run on my Windows 8.1 system. I've tried all the fixes that people on the steam forums suggest such as running as administrator, setting compatibility to Win XP SP3, updating video...

I'm so annoyed. The other night a friend and I were trading cards, and then the steam servers decided to shit the bed. Now I have 4 pending trade offers for items that are currently unavailable for trade. I've googled and tried all the possible fixes I have found... no luck. That dumb green...

Which of the LEGO games are a must-buy? I've played the Harry Potter ones on the iPhone/iPad, and enjoyed them very much. I'm looking at Marvel Superheroes, the LEGO movie, or the Batman games?

While I'm here - anybody have problems running Red Faction Armageddon on Windows 8.1? I can get it to launch, but the moment the menu screen starts to load, it crashes. I've googled and tried everything I could find to no avail. I really want to blow up stuff :(
